Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the measuring accuracy at low flow area, by the correction based on a given relation between the flow coefficient and flow to the flow measuring values obtained from the pressure difference before and after the orifice, liquid pressure and temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The pressure difference ΔP before and after the orifice 1 of the fluid tube system 2, fluid pressure P1 at the primary side, and fluid temperature T1 are respectively detected and converted into electric signal and input to the density correction operation unit 7, and after correcting the fluid density, the signal is operated at the square root operator 8 and flow signal is picked up.
