Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a measuring error, by obtaining an error correction coefficient from the deviation between the reference set pressure given from a precise decompression valve and the air pressure in a tire and multiplying this correction coefficient by the uniformity value which is actually measured to give a compensation to the measuring error. CONSTITUTION:A differential pressure converter 12 is connected to the secondary side of a precise decompression valve 10 and a master decompression valve 11 each to obtain the differential pressure DELTAP between the reference set pressure A and the actual uniformity measured pressure B. The pressure DELTAP is converted into the electric signal. This electric signal is supplied to an operator 16 along with the output signal K of an effect coefficient setter 15 to be delivered in the form of an error correction coefficient 1/(1+K.DELTAP). On the other hand, the uniformity value measured actually by an operator 20 is calculated from the output signals given from the upper and lower load cells 6 and supplied to a multiplier 21. The multiplier 21 multiplies the uniformity value measured actually by the error correction coefficient in order to give a compensation to the error component caused by the deviation between the air pressure in a tire 5 and the reference set pressure. In such way, the measuring error is avoided for the tire uniformity.
