Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct high-accuracy measurement by eliminating error even at the time when characteristic curve of thermocouple is non- rectilinear, by compensating thermoelectromotive pressure from the thermocouple by a compensating circui containing a coefficient device and a memory device. CONSTITUTION:Output of an operating amplifier 3, which gives thermoelectromotive pressure of a thermocouple, is put into a coefficient device 4 which, when characteristic of the thermocouple is a curve C, draws a straight line L sufficiently close to the curve and uses the inclination K as a coefficient value. And, output of the operating amplifier 3 is digitalized by a converter 5 and given to a memory device 6 as address data, and output thereof is analogized by a converter 7 and added to output of the coefficient device 4, and thus obtained figure is given as feedback voltage to the operating amplifier 3 to obtain a value of the measurement. As it is possible, by doing so, to compensate error occurring when the characteristic is non-rectilinear, measurement can be executed at high accuracy.
