Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature sensor capable of simultaneously detecting temperature and light by providing two pairs of electrodes on the same surface of a photosensitive substrate and providing a temperature sensitive resistor between a pair of the electrodes out of these. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of electrodes 2 and electrodes 3 such as of Ag-Pd, RuO2, etc. are formed on the surface of a photosensitive flat plate form substrate 1 such as of Se, Cds, etc. and further a temperature sensitive resistor layer 4 composed of multicomponents base composite metal oxides such as of Mn, Co, Ni, etc. or BaTiO3, etc. added with Sr or Ge or other is formed so as to overlap partially with the electrodes 3 on a pair of the electrode 3 side to form the sensor. Light is detected from the resistance values between the electrodes 2 and temperature from the resistance value between the electrodes 3. Even more, it is possible to indicate accurare temperatures even if light intensities are high by providing a thin film electric insulation layer 5 such as glass, SiO2, etc. on the photosensitive flat plate form substrate and providing the electrode pair 3 and temperature sensitive resistor 4 thereon.
