Chip varistors or glaze varistors 1A1W1A5, etc. are attached between the common electrode 5 and all the electrodes 6A1W6A5 as a varistor alley. Because lengths of all the varistors 1A1W1A5 are ranging from l1Wl5 and voltages at a temperature are varied among the varistors 1A1W1A5, it is able to function as a multipoint temperature detecting element.
