Hence, the depth of the grooves of the substrate 1 becomes the one adding the thickness of the resistors 2 and the thickness of the conductors 3, and the conductors 3 and insulators 5 become of the same thickness. After the substrate 1, conductors 3, insulators 5 are made flush, an abrasion resistant film 4 is formed. As a result, the film 4 of the surface in the heating portions becomes plane.
