Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the stable oscillations over a wide band by connecting the switching diode as the feedback capacity of the oscillating transistor in such a way that the reverse bias state may be secured to the tuning DC voltage. CONSTITUTION:The low-cost switching diode 4 is used in the reverse bias state in place of the feedback capacitor of oscillating transistor 1 in the local oscillator circuit. So that the feedback capacity varies in response to the variation of the tuning voltage. As a result, the oscillating conditions is uniformed between the high and low channels, thus obtaining a stable local oscillator circuit with a wide selection of the oscillation range.
