Abstract

PURPOSE:To establish the oscillation circuit which improves the frequency-temperature performance, by connecting the capacitor C of positive capacitance versus temperature performance to the input terminal of the inverter of the crystal oscillation circuit and C of negative performance to the output terminal. CONSTITUTION:In the capacitance-temperature performance of the input capacitor Cin 8 connected to the input terminal IN of the inverter 2 of the crystal oscillation circuit consisting of the crystal oscillator 1 and the amplifying inverter 2, Curie point c p as shown in Fig. a is present at high temperatures, and the temperature compensation capacitor having smaller secondary constant is used.
