Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform temperature compensation while realizing low current comsumption and low operation voltage, by separating the temperature compensation capacitor and the input and output capacitors.
CONSTITUTION: Separately with the input capacitor 6 and the output capacitor 7 connected across the both ends of the inverter 5, the temperature compensating capacitor 9 is connected in series with the crystel oscillator 8. With this constitution, the capacitors 6 and 7 can be set in small value to operate the both of the current consumption and minimum operation voltage in lower level, and the capacitance of the temperature compensating capacitor 9 can independently be set. Setting the input and output capacitor as less than 10 pF and that of the temperature compensating capacitor as more than 20 pF, high accuracy can be obtained and the life of cell can be extended.
