Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain stable operation over a broad range by using a semiconductor, varying in capacity with a tuning voltage, for a feedback circuit and by removing an influence of the operating voltage of an oscillating transistor. CONSTITUTION:Feedback circuit 12 consists of diode 14 which is a semiconductor element varying in junction capacity with a reception frequency, capacitor 16 functioning to cut off a transistor emitter voltage, and resistance 18 interposed between the junction point of diode 14 and capacitor 16 and the ground. Namely, the capacity of feedback circuit 12 is substantially varied by diode 14 and when a tuning voltage from terminal 8 is low, capacitor 16 prevents the emitter voltage of transistor 1 from being applied direct to diode 14. The cutting-off of this transistor operating voltage can stop abnormal oscillation and set the emitter voltage of the transistor high, so that stable transistor operation can be realized.
