Abstract
PURPOSE:To correct the tuning shift of a tuning circuit produced at common using of the mixing circuit for television receivers and the like automatically, by correcting the output capacity of a semiconductor element changed with the variation of the operating point through the use of a varactor element. CONSTITUTION:A varactor diode 8 where the change in the output capacitance of a semiconductor element 3 accompanied with the variation of the operating point can be canceled, is provided to a semiconductor device which operates as a mixing circuit in the reception of VHF band and as intermediate frequency amplifier circuit in the reception of UHF band. For example, in the case of the operation at the UHF band, the supply current value from a bias voltage source 2 to the semiconductor element 3 is increased and the output capacity is increased, while the capacitance of the element 8 is reduced the increase in the back bias voltage. By adjusting the value of capacitors 7, 9 and resistor 6 of the circuit, the change in the output capacitance is canceled, allowing to correct the tuning shift of tuning circuits 7-10 automatically.
