Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the oscillation frequency shift dependent upon the fluctuation of a power source voltage very small, by forming the base bias circuit of an oscillating transistor by utilizing the non-linear resistance element used in the other circut. CONSTITUTION:One end of DC bias resistor 7 in local oscillator 12 is not connected to driving power source terminal 8 directly but conneected to one end in a side opposite to the earth side of non-linear resistance element 20. One end of element 20 is connected to not only the source of FET 14 but also terminal 8 through resistor 17. The oscillation freqiency shift of the local oscillator dependent upon the fluctuation of the power source voltage is reduced also the below the half of the conventional example shown by the dotted line in the figure.
