CONSTITUTION:The voltage of DC bias resistor 8 of oscillation transistor 1 is applied to variable capacity element 3 via high resistance 14 and tuning voltage applying high resistor 12. And in case the oscillation frequency has reduction by increase of the power voltage, the application voltage of element 3 is increased by change of the increasing direction of the power voltage via resistor 14 through selection of DC bias resistors 7, 8 and 9. As a result, the variation is offset for the oscillation frequency to decrease the deviation of the oscillation frequency.
