Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent interference between circuit blocks, by keeping a DC bias of a collector of an oscillation transistor pair to a constant value to a voltage controlled operation of the oscillating frequency and constituting a balanced circuit in AC. CONSTITUTION:A variable voltage source circuit consisting of resistors 17 and 18 which detect the current change in oscillation transistor (TR) pairs 11 and 12 from a variable current source 22 and convert the change into a voltage change, and of buffer TR 24, is provided, and the output of the variable voltage source circuit is applied to a collector of the TRs 11 and 12 via the bias resistors 17 and 18. Since a DC bias of the collector of the oscillation TR pairs is kept constant to a voltage control operation of the oscillation frequency with a variable voltage source circuit and a balanced type AC circuit is formed, the output obtained from each collector has phases different from 180 deg. relatively and the amplitude level is the same. Thus, no interference between the circuit blocks is caused.
