Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of oscillation circuit, by connecting the gates of each transistor via capacitor and connecting the drains via capacitor, and coupling the both with the crystal oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The drain terminal of the transistor TR10, 11 is connectd with the resistor Rd, each gate is fed back via the resistors RfR and RfN having resistance value of more than 1M ohms, giving separate bias. Further, each gate terminal of TR10 and 11 are connected via capacitors Cgp and Cgn, constituting it as the first terminal, and the drain terminals are connected via Cdp and Cdn, constituting the second terminal. The first and second terminals are coupled with crystal oscillator 3. Thus, the bias voltage across the gates of the both TR is made stable, thereby causing the short current through TR10 and resistor Rd and TR11 to stabilize and to reduce the power consumption.
