Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the assured oscillation for the oscillator circuit in which the input and the output of the digital IC are connected with the crystal oscillator, by installing the circuit consisting of the diode and the capacitor between the earth and the input terminal of IC and thus giving the delay to the rise of the IC input. CONSTITUTION:Both crystal oscillator 1 and bias resistance 2 to decide the action point of digital IC element 6 are connected in series to element 6 using the TTL NAND gate, thus forming the primary part of the oscillator circuit. Then capacitor 4 one end of which is earthed to block occurrence of the higher harmonic is connected to the output terminal of element 6. At the same time, capacitor 5 one end of which is earthed to block occurrence of the higher harmonic is connected to the input terminal of element 6 along with bias resistance 3. Furthermore, the delay circuit comprising diode 6 plus capacitor 7 and resistance 8 one end of which is earthed each is connected to the side of the input terminal. Thus the rise is delayed for the input voltage of element 6, thus avoiding the incapability of oscillation start at the make of the power source.
