Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the DC and AC performance of various integrated circuits, by using transistors which can conventionally select the base-to-emitter forward voltage, in logic circuits.
CONSTITUTION: The collector of the multi-emitter transistor QR1 having a plurality of emitters E having different areas is grounded, the base is connected to the reference voltage VR, and the reference voltage suitable for Va input is obtained by connecting parallel the emitters E1 and E2, then E1 and E2. E1 and E2 are simultaneously connected to VaR and the reference voltage suitable for Vb input is obtained from the emitter E3, then this is connected to VbR.
