Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記の段階: a.澱粉の水性分散液を澱粉を完全に溶解させて澱粉水溶液を生成する条件下で 加熱処理し、 b.澱粉水溶液中に完全に溶解した澱粉を非−逆行状態に保ちながら、澱粉水溶 液全体に均一に分散された脂質の小滴を含むエマルションを生成するのに十分な 撹拌条件下で澱粉水溶液を脂質と一緒にし、そして c.エマルション全体にわたる脂質の分布を安定化させる条件下でエマルション を回収すること を含む、連続的澱粉相全体にわたり均一で且つ安定な脂質の分布により特徴づけ られる組成物の製造方法。 2.脂質が澱粉と共に加熱処理される、請求の範囲第1項の方法。 3.該脂質が澱粉と共に加熱処理されるかまたはエマルションを生成するための 加熱処理器から出た後の澱粉と一緒にされ、そして段階(c)における回収が大 気条件下でのエマルションの冷却段階および冷却されたエマルションの乾燥段階 を含む、請求の範囲第1項の方法。 4.乾燥方法がドラム−乾燥である、請求の範囲第3項の方法。 5.エマルションを冷却中または後に低剪断条件下で撹拌する、請求の範囲第3 項の方法。 6.加熱処理方法が過剰水蒸気噴射加熱処理である、請求の範囲第1項の方法。 7.完全に溶解した澱粉を非−逆行状態で乾燥しそして脂質と一緒にする前に水 中に再分散させる、請求の範囲第1項の方法。 8.段階(b)の一緒にする工程を段階(c)から回収された加 えられた生成物の存在下で行う、請求の範囲第1項の方法。 9.該加えられた生成物が水性エマルションの形状であるかまたは乾燥状態であ る、請求の範囲第8項の方法。 10.該脂質が植物油、精油、動物脂肪、および鉱油よりなる群から選択される 、請求の範囲第1項の方法。 11.該澱粉がトウモロコシ澱粉、小麦澱粉、米澱粉、ポテト澱粉、およびタピ オカ澱粉よりなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第1項の方法。 12.前記請求の範囲の1つの方法により製造される生成物。 13.外部乳化剤の不存在下で澱粉相中に安定に且つ実質的に均一に分布された 脂質を含む組成物。 14.該組成物が水性エマルションであるかまたは乾燥固体である、請求の範囲 第13項の組成物。 15.該脂質が植物油、精油、動物脂肪、および鉱油よりなる群から選択される 、請求の範囲第13項の組成物。 16.該澱粉がトウモロコシ澱粉、小麦澱粉、米澱粉、ポテト澱粉、およびタピ オカ澱粉よりなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第13項の組成物。 17.脂質が澱粉の乾燥重量の約5−65重量%の、好適には澱粉の乾燥重量の 約17−29重量%の量で存在する、請求の範囲第13項の組成物。 18.調合物が食品、健康管理製品、農業製品および工業製品よりなる群から選 択される、請求の範囲第13項の組成物を含む調合物。 19.調合物が食品でありそして請求の範囲第13項の組成物が該食品上のコー テイングとして存在する、請求の範囲第18項の調合物。 20.食品が堅果、豆類、穀類、好適にはポップコーン、果実および野菜よりな る群から選択される、請求の範囲第19項の調合物。 21.調合物が食品でありそして食品中に通常存在する脂質成分が請求の範囲第 13項の組成物で完全にまたは部分的に代替されている、請求の範囲第18項の 調合物。 22.調合物が食品でありそして食品がサワークリーム、、ヨーグルト、アイス クリーム、チーズ、チーズスプレッド、ケーキミックス、クッキーダフミックス 、サラダドレッシング、肉、マーガリン、粉末状ショートニング、インスタント グレービー、および菓子よりなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第18項記載の 調合物。 23.調合物が健康管理製品でありそして請求の範囲第13項の組成物が健康管 理製品中の活性成分用の担体または賦形剤であり、そして製品がハンドローショ ン、ハンドクリーム、ボディローション、ボディックリーム、浴用油、シャンプ ー、ヘアーコンディショナー、サンタンローション、口紅、アイシャドウ、散布 剤、フットパウダー、油剤、ビタミン、抗生物質および抗真菌剤よりなる群から 選択される、請求の範囲第18項の調合物。 24.調合物が工業製品でありそして請求の範囲第13項の組成物が増粘剤であ り、そして製品が塗料、インキ、研磨剤、塗料除去剤、潤滑剤、トナー、および 循環泥水よりなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第18項の調合物。
