Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.冶金用炉ユニット(1)であって、回転及び/又はティルト又は類似の動作 をする円筒形の炉本体(2)を有し、炉本体(2)の外側に配置され且つ前記動 きを生じさせ得るように機能する少なくとも1つのリング(7)が設けられ、各 リング(7)は炉本体(2)から距離を隔てて配置されると共に、炉ユニット( 1)の長手方向に延在する力伝達サポート部材(6)によって炉本体に結合され 、同力伝達サポート部材は、炉本体(2)の熱膨張の動きがリング(7)に伝わ るのを防止するようにしてあるとともに、炉本体の固有の重量と炉のチャージ重 量とによる外部負荷を吸収するようにしてあるユニットにおいて、サポート部材 (6)は炉本体(2)を取囲む閉じたマントルを備えると共に、炉本体(2)と リング(7)とにそれぞれ十分フレキシブルな取付けで連結されており、熱膨張 に起因して炉本体(2)の動きの結果生じ得るマントル(6)と炉本体(2)と の間の制限された角度の変化を許容し、それとともに、マントル(6)の実際の 重大な湾曲ないし他の変形を全く伴うことなくこれらの動きを除去することを特 徴とする冶金用炉ユニット。 2.マントル(6)は円筒形であって、その一端ないし前記一端の付近の位置に おいて、炉本体(2)に固定されそこから外側に突出しているフランジ(8)又 はその類似物に連結されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の冶金用炉 ユニット。 3.マントル(6)は円錐形であって、円錐形のマントルは最小断面側の端部に おいて炉本体(2)に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の 冶金用炉ユニット。 4.リング(7)と炉本体(2)との間に熱絶縁シールドが配置されていること を特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至3いずれか1項に記載の冶金用炉ユニット。 5.マントル(6)及び/又は炉本体(2)のフランジ(8)は貫通する空気冷 却孔を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至4いずれか1項に記載の冶 金用炉ユニット。 6.上吹き回転転炉(1)であって、円筒形の炉本体(2)、円錐形の底部分 (3)、及び上部分(4)を有すると共に、円筒形の炉本体(2)の外側に配置 されたサポートリング(7)を有し、前記サポートリング(7)は炉本体(2) とは間隔を隔てられていると共に、円筒形又は円錐形のサポート部材(6)を介 して炉本体へと連結され、サポート部材は転炉(1)の長手方向に延在して前記 炉本体(2)の熱膨張の動きを受入れるべく機能するものにおいて、サポート部 材(6)は閉じたマントルを備え、これは炉本体(2)を取囲むと共に炉本体( 2)とリング(7)とのそれぞれにフレキシブルな取付けで連結されており、マ ントル(6)と炉本体(2)との間に、熱膨張に起因する炉本体(2)の動きの 結果として起る所定の制限された角度変化を許容して、これにより、マントル( 6)の実際の重大な湾曲ないし他の変形を伴うことなく前記動きを除去すること を特徴とする上吹き回転転炉。
