Abstract

В заявке описана металлургическая печь (1) с цилиндрическим корпусом (2), который выполнен с возможностью вращения и/или наклона либо перемещения иным аналогичным образом и который имеет, по крайней мере, одно кольцо (7), установленное на наружной поверхности корпуса (2) печи и обеспечивающее возможность его перемещения. Каждое такое кольцо (7) расположено на некотором расстоянии от корпуса (2) печи и соединено с ним передающим усилия несущим элементом (6), вытянутым в направлении продольной оси печи (1). Несущий элемент (6) препятствует передаче кольцу (7) перемещений корпуса печи, вызванных тепловым расширением корпуса печи, и воспринимает внешние нагрузки от веса корпуса и веса загруженных в печь материалов. Предлагаемая металлургическая печь отличается тем, что несущий элемент (6) выполнен в виде закрытого кожуха, расположенного вокруг корпуса (2) печи и соединенного соответственно с корпусом (2) печи и с кольцом (7) упругими соединениями, обеспечивающими возможность заданного изменения в ограниченных пределах угла между кожухом (6) и корпусом (2) печи. Изменение этого угла происходит из-за перемещения корпуса (2) печи, обусловленного его тепловым расширением. Предлагаемая в изобретении конструкция упругого крепления кожуха выполнена таким образом, что эти перемещения корпуса не сопровождаются какими-либо значительными искривлениями или другой деформацией самого кожуха (6).Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
