Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.タービン発電装置のロータ(10)の軸継手のフェース(12)に設けられた軸 継手ボルト穴(14)をリーマ仕上げするためのドリル(92)付きラック組立体( 20)であって、軸継手が第1の複数の軸継手ボルト穴を有しており、前記ラック 組立体は、第2の複数の軸継手ボルト穴を介して軸継手のフェースに取り付けら れる固定用板(30)を有し、第1の複数の軸継手ボルト穴の数は、第2の複数の 軸継手ボルト穴の数よりも多く、前記ラック組立体は、ドリルを固定用板に軸方 向回転自在且つ半径方向摺動自在に取り付けるドリル取付け手段を更に有するこ とを特徴とするラック組立体(20)。 2.ドリル取付け手段は、ドリルを固定用板(30)に軸方向摺動自在に取付ける 手段(80)を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のラック組立体(20)。 3.ドリル取付け手段は、固定用板(30)に取り付けられた歯車形軸受(40)及 び歯車形軸受に取り付けられた取付け板(60)を有することを特徴とする請求項 1記載のラック組立体(20)。 4.ドリル取付け手段は、固定用板(30)に取り付けられたウォームギヤ組立体 (50)を更に有し、ウォームギヤ組立体は、歯車形軸受(40)の歯車に係合して 作動の際、取付け板(60)を軸方向に回転させることを特徴とする請求項3記載 のラック組立体(20)。 5.ドリル取付け手段は、取付け板(60)に取り付けられたダブテール形スライ ド組立体(70)を更に有し、ダブテール形スライド組立体は、ドリル(92)に作 動的に結合されていて、作動の際にドリルを半径方向に摺動させることを特徴と する請求項4記載のラック組立体(20)。 6.ドリル取付け手段は、ドリル(92)が半径方向摺動自在に取り付けられたダ ブテール形スライド組立体(70)と、ダブテール形スライド組立体が軸方向回転 自在に取り付けられた取付け板(60)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載 のラック組立体(20)。 7.ドリル取付け手段は、固定用板(30)に取り付けられた歯車形軸受(40)、 歯車形軸受に取り付けられた取付け板及び固定用板に取り付けられたウォーム ギヤ組立体(50)を有し、ウォームギヤ組立体は歯車形軸受の歯車に係合して作 動の際取付け板を軸方向に回転させることを特徴とする請求項2記載のラック組 立体(20)。 8.ドリル取付け手段は、取付け板(60)に取り付けられたダブテール形スライ ド組立体(70)及びダブテール形スライド組立体に取り付けられた送り組立体( 80)を更に有し、ダブテール形スライド組立体は、作動の際、送り組立体及び送 り組立体に軸方向摺動自在に取り付けられたドリル(92)を半径方向に摺動させ ることを特徴とする請求項7記載のラック組立体(20)。 9.ドリル取付け手段は、ドリル(92)が軸方向摺動自在に取り付けられた送り 組立体(80)を、送り組立体が半径方向摺動自在に取り付けられたダブテール形 スライド組立体(70)及びダブテール形スライド組立体が軸方向回転自在に取り 付けられた取付け板(60)を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載のラック組立 体(20)。 10.タービン発電装置のロータ(10)の軸継手のフェース(12)に設けられた第 1の複数の軸継手ボルト穴(14)をドリル(92)でリーマ仕上げするための方法 において、固定用板(30)を軸継手のフェースに取り付ける工程(a)と、ドリル を固定用板に取付ける工程(b)と、ドリルを第1の複数の軸継手ボルト穴の第1 の軸継手ボルト穴に整列させる工程(c)とを有し、第1の軸継手ボルト穴の中心 に整列させた後、ドリルはロータの軸線から一定の距離を置いており、前記方法 は、工程(c)の実施後、第1の軸継手ボルト穴をリーマ仕上げする工程(d)と、工 程(d)の実施後、ドリルをロータの軸線から一定の距離を保った状態で第2の軸 継手ボルト穴の中心まで軸方向に回転させることによってドリルを第1の複数の 軸継手ボルト穴の第2の軸継手ボルト穴の中心に一致させる工程(e)と、工程(e) の実施後、第2の軸継手ボルト穴をリーマ仕上げする工程(f)とを更に有するこ とを特徴とする方法。
