Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に、自動車輌の内燃機関の排気ガス用触媒反応器のためのハニカム体(1 )であって、一方端(7)から他方端へ流体を流すことができる通路(4)を有 し、構造を持たせたシート金属層(3)または平滑なシート金属層(2)および 構造を持たせたシート金属層(3)を含み、前記シート金属層(2,3)の一部 が、40μ未満、好ましくは約30μの厚さであり、少なくとも40μ未満の厚 さの前記シートメタル層(2,3)の部分が、部分に付加的な強化構造(5、6 、8、9)を設けられる、ハニカム体。 2.前記付加的強化構造(9)が、ハニカム体(1)の一方または両方の端部( 7)の領域に、好ましくは端部(7)から1mmから10mmの深さ(b)、好 ましくは約3mmから5mmの深さに配列される、請求項1に記載のハニカム体 。 3.前記付加的強化構造が、シートメタル層(2、3)のエッジの折り曲げられ た部分(9)である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハニカム体。 4.前記シートメタル層(2,3)が、その接触場所の少なくとも一部、より特 定的に好ましくは前記付加的強化構造(9)の領域において半田付けされること により接合される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のハニカム体。 5.前記シートメタル層(2、3)の少なくとも一部が、その端部でハニカム体 (1)を取り囲む管状ケーシングに、好ましくは溶接または半田付けにより結合 され、金属シート(2、3)の前記端部に強化構造(8)が設けられる、先行の 請求項のいずれかに記載のハニカム体。 6.管状ケーシングに接続される金属シート(2、3)の端部が1mmから10 mm、好ましくは約3mmから5mmの領域において折り曲げられる(8)、請 求項5に記載のハニカム体。 7.前記金属シート(2、3)の少なくとも一部分が、少なくともその部分にお いて、強化構造として、特に相互に交差する(6)微細構造の形で、好ましくは 高さまたは深さ10μから50μの微細構造(5、6)を有する、先行の請求項 のいずれかに記載のハニカム体。 8.前記ハニカム体が、第1の厚さの平滑なシートメタル層(2)と、第2の厚 さの構造を持たせたシート金属層(3)とを含み、構造を持たせた全シート金属 層(3)が、前記平滑なシート金属層(2)より少なくとも5μ、好ましくは1 0μ薄くなっている、先行の請求項のいずれかに記載のハニカム体。 9.好ましくは自動車輌の内燃機関の排気ガス用触媒反応器、特に電気的に加熱 可能な触媒反応器のためのハニカム体(1)であって、一方端(7)から他方端 へ流体を流すことができる通路(4)を有し、構造を持たせたシート金属層(3 )または平滑なシート金属(2)および構造を持たせたシート金属層(3)を含 み、前記シート金属層(2、3)の少なくとも一部のエッジが、少なくとも一方 端(7)で、好ましくは1mmから10mm、特に3mmから 5mmの幅(b) で折り曲げられている、ハニカム体。
