Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.染色されたセルロース布帛の表面の色彩密度の局在化バリエーションを形 成する方法であって、布帛を6.5〜9の範囲のpHを有し、且つ (a)p−ニトロフェニル−β−1,4−セロビオシドを加水分解できる第5 科のセルラーゼ、又は (b)第7科のセルラーゼ のいづれかの第一成分と、 (a)機械的磨耗剤又は (b)磨耗性を有するセルラーゼ のいづれかの第二成分とを含む水性媒体の中で撹拌することを含んで成り、こ こで各セルラーゼがpH7でその最大活性の30%以上を示すものである、前記方法 。 2.前記布帛がインジゴ染色されたデニムである、請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記第一成分が細菌株、好ましいバチルスの株に由来するセルロース結合 性ドメインをもたない第5科のセルラーゼである、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.前記第5科セルラーゼがバチルス株KSM-64,1139,KSM-635,NCIMB 40482 及びバチルス・ロータスNCIMB 40250より成る群から選ばれるバチルス株に由来 するものであるか、又はかかるセルラーゼと60%以上の相同性を有するセルラー ゼである、請求項3記載の方法。 5.前記第一成分が菌類株、好ましくはヒュミコラの株、最も好ましくはH. インソレンスに由来する第7科のセルラーゼである、請求項1又は2記載の方法 。 6.前記第7科のセルラーゼがH.インソレンス株DSM 1800に由来のエンドグ ルカナーゼEGIであるか、又はこのEGIと60%以上の相同性を有するセルラーゼで ある、請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記第一成分が0.1〜0.5mg/lの量又は100〜1000 ECU/lの濃度で存在す る、請求項1〜6のいづれか1項記載の方法。 8.前記第二成分が機械的磨耗剤及び磨耗性セルラーゼの双方を含んで成る、 請求項1〜7のいづれか1項記載の方法。 9.前記第二成分が菌類株、好ましくはヒュミコラの株、最も好ましくはH. インソレンスに由来する、セルロース結合性ドメインを有する第45科のセルラー ゼである、請求項1〜8のいづれか1項記載の方法。 10. 前記第45科のセルラーゼがH.インソレンス株DSM 1800に由来するエン ドグルカナーゼEGVであるか、又はこのEGVと60%以上の相同性を有する請求項9 記載の方法。 11. 前記第一及び第二成分以外に本質的にセルラーゼがない、請求項1〜13 のいづれか1項記載の方法。 12. (a)p−ニトロフェニル−β−1,4−セロビオシドを加水分解でき る第5科のセルラーゼ、又は (b)第7科のセルラーゼ のいづれかの第一成分と、 (a)機械的磨耗剤又は (b)磨耗活性を有するセルラーゼ のいづれかの第二成分とを含んで成り、各セルラーゼがpH7でその最大活性の 30%以上を示すものである、セルラーゼ組成物。 13. 請求項2〜11のいづれかに記載の通りに更に特徴付けられる請求項15 記載のセルラーゼ組成物。
