Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.10〜200のシロキサン単位を有するポリヒドロシロキサンオイルの少な くとも一種をグラフトさせることにより機能化されており遊離Si-H基を示す水 酸化無機酸化物支持体であって、一方でそのポリヒドロシロキサンオイルのSi- H基とその水酸化支持体の遊離水酸基との間の脱水素縮合反応により生成した共 有結合と、他方でその水酸化支持体の遊離水酸基とそのポリヒドロシロキサンオ イルの酸素原子との間の水素結合によりそのグラフトがなされている支持体。 2.前記ポリヒドロシロキサンオイルが30〜60のシロキサン単位を有する請 求項1に記載の支持体。 3.前記ポリヒドロシロキサンオイルが一般式 RR'2SiO−(SiR''2O)x−(SiHR'''O)y−SiR'2R (式中、RはH又はR'を表し、R'、R''及びR'''はそれぞれC1〜C6アルキ ル、好ましくはC1アルキル、又は芳香族基、好ましくはフェニル基、を表し、 xが0の場合にはyは10〜200であり、xが0でない場合にはx+yは10〜200で ある。)に相当する請求項1又は2に記載の支持体。 4.前記ポリヒドロシロキサンオイルがSiH及びSiOR(Rはメチル又はエチ ル)を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一の請求項に記載の支持体。 5.前記水酸化支持体がシリカ、アルミナ、酸化チタン及び希土類金属酸化物か ら成る群から選択される請求項1〜4のいずれか一の請求項に記載の支持体。 6.前記シリカがか焼シリカ又は沈降シリカである請求項5に記載の支持体。 7.下図に従って前記ポリヒドロシロキサンオイルのケイ素原子に分子Xが結合 している請求項1〜6のいずれか一の請求項に記載の支持体。 8.前記分子Xが炭素数6〜25、好ましくは6〜12、のアルキル基又はポリエン 基、好ましくはポリブタジエニル基、である請求項7に記載の支持体。 9.請求項1〜8のいずれか一の請求項に記載された支持体を得るために水酸化 無機酸化物支持体を機能化する方法であって、この支持体を脱水素縮合触媒の存 在下でSi-H単位を含みかつ10〜200のシロキサン単位を有するポリヒドロ シロキサンオイルの少なくとも一種と反応させて水素の発生と共にこの反応が起 こる方法。 10.前記触媒が白金、ロジウム、ルテニウム、コバルト、錫、チタン及び少な くともこれら二種以上の混合物に基づく触媒から選択される請求項9に記載の方 法。 11.前記触媒がカルシュテット型の白金触媒である請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記反応が50〜200℃、好ましくは 100〜150℃、で行われる請求項9〜1 1のいずれか一の請求項に記載の方法。 13.前記反応が前記触媒を溶剤に溶解させて液状媒体中で行われる請求項9〜 12のいずれか一の請求項に記載の方法。 14.前記反応が前記触媒を反応物の塊に溶解させただけで行われる請求項9〜 12のいずれか一の請求項に記載の方法。 15.無機酸化物とポリヒドロシロキサンオイルから形成された前記支持体に、 端末不飽和単位を含む分子をグラフトさせる請求項9〜14のいずれか一の請求 項に記載の方法。 16.前記端末不飽和単位を含む分子が炭素数が6〜25、好ましくは6〜12 、の線状若しくは分枝の不飽和炭化水素である請求項15に記載の方法。 17.無機酸化物とポリヒドロシロキサンオイルから形成された前記支持体に、 α,ω−ジエン、好ましくは C2〜C4ジエン、ポリエン、好ましくはポリブタジ エン、金属、好ましくは白金、キラル分子、好ましくはキニン誘導体若しくは乳 酸誘導体、遷移金属を錯化する分子及び光分解可能な分子、好ましくはスピロベ ンゾピラン、から成る群から選択される分子をグラフトさせた請求項9〜14の いずれか一の請求項に記載の方法。 18.請求項9〜17のいずれか一の請求項に記載の方法を実施することにより 得ることができる支持体。
