Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一つの支持体と、錫をベースにした特にSnCuNi,Sn,SnCu あるいはCuSn から成る電着された母材の摺動層とを有し、母材中に硬質粒子 が埋め込まれている摺動部材の層材料において、 硬質粒子が粒径< 2μm を有し、母材中に 2〜 20 容積%の成分でもって個 別粒子として完全に一様に分布し、母材に鉛が含まれていないことを特徴とする 層材料。 2.硬質粒子は炭化物、酸化物、硼化物、窒化物、珪化物あるいはシリコンであ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の層材料。 3.母材がSnCuNi,SnCu あるいはCuSn を含む請求の範囲第1項または 第2項の層材料において、錫が残りの母材中に微結晶の析出物として完全に一様 に分布していることを特徴とする層材料。 4.摺動層が三元層を形成する請求の範囲第1〜3項の何れか1項の層材料にお いて、摺動層は中間層なしに焼結層に付けてあることを特徴とする層材料。 5.半製品の上に硬質粒子を埋め込んだ特にSnCuNi,Sn,SnCu あるいは CuSn から成る摺動層を電着している、摺動部材を作製する方法において、 光沢形成剤を用いなく、非イオン性浸潤剤と、自由なアルキルスルフォン酸 と、スルフォン酸を含む微粒化剤と、脂肪酸ポリエーテルとを添加して、フッ素 硼化物のない三元の電着槽を使用し、 電着槽内の硬質粒子は電着過程の間、一定の濃度に維持されている、 ことを特徴とする方法。 6.粒径< 2μm の硬質粒子を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記 載の方法。 7.メタンスルフォン酸を含む電着槽を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 5項または第6項に記載の方法。 8.電着槽は、析出させるべき金属と硬質粒子の外に、 30 〜 200 g/lの自由メ タンスルフォン酸、 5〜 125 ml/l の非イオン性浸潤剤、5 〜 25 ml/lの微粒化 剤、および 0.01 〜 1 g/lの脂肪酸ポリグリコールエステルを含むことを特徴と する請求の範囲第5〜7項の何れか1項に記載の方法。 9.非イオン性浸潤剤としては、アリールポリグリコールエーテルおよび/また はアルキラールポリグリコールエーテルを使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第8項に記載の方法。 10.電着過程の間、 2〜 20 A/dm2の電流密度を使用することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第5〜9項の何れか1項に記載の方法。 11.電着過程の間、電着槽を動かすことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5〜10項の 何れか1項に記載の方法。 12.電着槽は 25 ℃以下の温度に維持されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 5〜11項の何れか1項に記載の方法。
