Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)炭素数2〜10のグリコールからなる群から選択される、グリコールと 、炭素数2〜16のアルキルジカルボン酸及び炭素数8〜16のアリールジカルボン 酸から選択される、ジカルボン酸とを溶融相で反応させて、I.V.が0.65〜0.85の ポリエステルを生成させる工程、 b)ポリエステルを固化し、ペレット化する工程、 c)ポリエステルを再溶融する工程、並びに d)ポリエステルを成形物品に成形する工程 を含んでなり、溶融ポリエステルを、溶融ポリエステルにパージ剤を流すことに よって脱蔵させる、低アセトアルデヒド含量の成形ポリエステル物品の製造方法 。 2.工程a)からのポリエステルが0.70〜0.80のI.V.を有する請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 3.ポリエステルを押出機内で脱蔵させる請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.ポリエステルが、10ppmより低い最終残留アセトアルデヒド含量を有する 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.ポリエステルが、5ppm より低い最終残留アセトアルデヒド含量を有する 請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 6.ジカルボン酸の少なくとも80モル%が、テレフタル酸又はナフタレンジカ ルボン酸である請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.グリコールの少なくとも80モル%がエチレングリコールである請求の範囲 第1項に記載の方法。 8.グリコールが、エチレングリコールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールとの混 合物である請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 9.酸がテレフタル酸であり、グリコールが、エチレングリコール60〜99モル %とシクロヘキサンジメタノール40〜1モル%との混合物である請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 10.ポリエステルを工程c)の前に結晶化させる請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。 11.ポリエステルを再溶融させ、再溶融の間及び/又は再溶融に続いて押出機 内で任意に乾燥及び/又は脱蔵させる請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。
