Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 触媒を基準として約15重量%未満のニッケルと、銅:ニッケル比が約1: 2未満の銅を含み、かつ約30重量%未満のアルミナを有する無定形シリカーア ルミナ担体上に担持されている水素化転化触媒であって、該無定形シリカーアル ミナ担体が、約200m2/gmを超える表面積と、約1.0ml/gm未満の 細孔容積を有することを特徴とする水素化転化触媒。 2 ニッケルが、触媒を基準として約1−12重量%であり、かつ銅:ニッケル 比が、約1:2〜1:20であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の水素化 転化触媒。 3 触媒が、バインダーを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲2に記載の水素化転 化触媒。 4 バインダーが、アルミナ、シリカおよびジルコニアからなる群から選ばれる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の水素化転化触媒。 5 バインダーが、アルミナであることを特徴とする請求の範囲4に記載の水素 化転化触媒。 6 バインダーが、担体を基準として5〜35重量%の量で存在するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の水素化転化触媒。 7 表面積が、約200〜500m2/gmであることを特徴とする請求の範囲 2に記載の水素化転化触媒。 8 ニッケルと銅が、2元金属クラスターで存在することを特徴とする請求の範 囲7に記載の水素化転化触媒。 9 高温高圧の水素化異性化条件で水素化異性化する工程からなる水素化転化方 法であって、350°F+炭化水素を含む原料は、少なくとも部分的にノルマル パラフィンからなり、かつ、該水素化異性化は、水素と請求の範囲1に記載の水 素化転化触媒の存在下で行われることを特徴とする水素化転化方法。 10 炭化水素合成方法のワックス状生成物から中間留分輸送燃料を製造するた めの方法であって、 (a)ワックス状生成物を分離して、350°F−軽質留分と350°F+重 質留分を別々に回収する; (b)該軽質留分を接触水素化処理し、それとは別に該重質留分を接触異性化 してその水素化異性化生成物の低温流動性を改良する;および (c)該軽質留分の水素化処理生成物の少なくとも一部を、該重質留分の水素 化異性化生成物の少なくとも一部と組み合わせる; 以上の工程を含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 11 重質留分を水素化異性化する際に使用する触媒は、15重量%未満のニッ ケルと銅:ニッケル比が約1:2末満の銅を含み、かつ約30重量%未満のアル ミナを有する無定形シリカーアルミナ担体上に担持され、該無定形シリカーアル ミナ担体は、約200m2/gmを超える表面積と約1.0ml/gm未満の細 孔容積を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲10に記載の製造方法。 12 ニッケル含有量が、触媒を基準として2.5−3.5重量%であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の組成。
