Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ピリジン又はそのアルキルピリジン誘導体を製造するための塩基合成方 法であって、1〜約5個の炭素原子を含有する、1種以上のアルデヒド及び/又 はケトン又はこれらの混合物を、12員環によって形成されるチャンネルを有す る第一の次元と10員環又は12員環によって形成されるチャンネルを有する第 二の次元とを有し、少なくとも15のシリカのアルミナに対する比を有して調製 されるゼオライト触媒の有効量の存在下で、1個より多い炭素原子を有する少な くとも1種の反応物および気相におけるアンモニアと反応させることを含む上記 方法。 2.有機反応物がアセトアルデヒド、プロピオンアルデヒド、アセトン、メ チルエチルケトン、ブチルアルデヒド及びクロトンアルデヒドから成る群から選 択される1種以上の化合物を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 3.有機反応物がアセトアルデヒドとホルムアルデヒドとを含み、前記反応 の生成物としてのピリジン及びβ−ピコリンを回収するための付加的工程を含む 、請求項2記載の方法。 4.反応物がメタノールをも包含する、請求項3記載の方法。 5.ゼオライトが1未満の拘束指数と、10〜20の範囲内の広大指数とを 有する、請求項2記載の方法。 6.反応物がアセトアルデヒドであり、前記反応の生成物としてのα−及び γ−ピコリンを回収することをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 7.ゼオライトがゼオライトβの構造を有する、請求項1記載の方法。 8.ゼオライトが金属イオン又は化合物によって処理されている、請求項1 記載の方法。 9.ゼオライトが酸性体である、請求項1記載の方法。 10.ゼオライトにシリカ、アルミナ又はこれらの組合せを含有する結合剤 を配合する、請求項1記載の方法。 11.反応物がアセトアルデヒドと、ホルムアルデヒドと、プロピオンアル デヒドとの混合物であり、前記反応の生成物としてのピリジン及びβ−ピコリン を回収することをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 12.ピリジン又はそのアルキルピリジン誘導体を製造するための塩基合成 方法に用いる触媒であって、少なくとも15のシリカのアルミナに対するモル比 を有し、12員環によって形成される孔を有する第一の次元と10員環又は12 員環によって形成される孔を有する第二の次元とを有する有効量のゼオライト触 媒を含み、前記ゼオライトが鉛、コバルト、スズ、カドミウム、ガリウム、タリ ウム又は白金を含有する1種以上のイオン又は化合物によって処理されている上 記触媒。 13.ゼオライトと、シリカ、アルミナ又はこれらの組合せを含有する結合 剤とを包含する、請求項12記載の触媒。 14.ゼオライトがゼオライトβの構造を有する、請求項12記載の触媒。 15.ゼオライトがゼオライトβである、請求項13記載の触媒。 16.ピリジン又はそのアルキルピリジン誘導体を製造するための塩基合成 方法であって、1〜約5個の炭素原子を含有する、1種以上のアルデヒド及び/ 又はケトン又はこれらの混合物を、1個より多い炭素原子を有する少なくとも1 種の反応物と共に、気相におけるアンモニアと、ゼオライトβの構造を有するゼ オライト触媒の有効量の存在下で反応させることを含む上記方法。 17.有機反応物がアセトアルデヒド、プロピオンアルデヒド、アセトン、 メチルエチルケトン、ブチルアルデヒド及びクロトンアルデヒドから成る群から 選択される1種以上の要素を含む、請求項16記載の方法。 18.有機反応物がアセトアルデヒドとホルムアルデヒドとを含み、前記反 応の生成物としてのピリジン及びβ−ピコリンを回収するための付加的工程を含 む、請求項17記載の方法。 19.反応物がメタノールをも包含する、請求項17記載の方法。 20.反応物がメタノールをも包含する、請求項18記載の方法。 21.反応物がアセトアルデヒドであり、前記反応の生成物としてのα−及 びγ−ピコリンを回収することをさらに含む、請求項17記載の方法。 22.ゼオライトが酸性体である、請求項16記載の方法。 23.ゼオライトが金属イオン又は化合物によって処理されている、請求項 16記載の方法。 24.ゼオライトにシリカ、アルミナ又はこれらの組合せを含有する結合剤 を配合する、請求項16記載の方法。 25.反応物がアセトアルデヒドと、ホルムアルデヒドと、プロピオンアル デヒドとの混合物であり、前記反応の生成物としてのピリジン及びβ−ピコリン を回収することをさらに含む、請求項16記載の方法。
