Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)一種以上のフッ素含有エチレン系不飽和モノマーより誘導された共 重合単位を含むフッ素含有ポリマーまたはフッ素含有ポリマーの混合物、 (b)芳香族ポリヒドロキシ橋かけ剤、 (c)少なくとも一種の有機オニウム化合物、および (d)モノヒドロキシ官能フェノール、 を含む硬化性フルオロエラストマー組成物。 2.(a)一種以上のフッ素含有エチレン系不飽和モノマーより誘導された共 重合単位を含むフッ素含有ポリマーまたはフッ素含有ポリマーの混合物、 (b)芳香族ポリヒドロキシ橋かけ剤、 (c)少なくとも一種の有機オニウム化合物、および (d)下記一般式のモノヒドロキシ官能フェノール (式中Rは芳香族環のいずれの位置に置かれていてもよく、そしてハロゲン原子 またはアシル、アリール、ポリアリールまたはアルキルラジカル置換基であり、 それらの後の三つは直鎖の、枝分かれの、環状の、またはハロゲン化されたもの であってよい、また式中Rは任意に一つまたは複数の連鎖ヘテロ原子を含むこと があり、そしてRがハロゲン原子であるとき、xは1〜5(1と5を含む)であ ればよく、さもなければxは1〜3(1と3を含む)であればよい) を含む前記の硬化性フルオロエラストマー組成物。 3.モノヒドロキシ官能フェノールがp−ニトロフェノール、p−シアノフェ ノール、および4−ヒドロキシベンゾフェノンから成る群より選択される請求項 1または2に記載の組成物。 4.芳香族ポリヒドロキシ橋かけ剤が2,2−ビス(4−ヒドロキシフェニ ル)ヘキサフルオロ−プロパンである請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 5.一種以上の有機オニウム化合物が、トリフェニルベンジルホスホニウムク ロリド、トリアリールスルホニウムクロリド、トリブチルベンジルアンモニウム クロリド、およびトリブチルメトキシプロピルホスホニウムクロリドから成る群 より選択される請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 6.一種以上のフッ素含有ポリマーはフッ化ビニリデンと少なくとも一種の末 端エチレン系不飽和フルオロモノマーのコポリマーを含む請求項1または2に記 載の組成物。 7.一種以上のフッ素含有ポリマーはフッ化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロ ペン、およびテトラフルオロエチレンのコポリマーを含む請求項1または2に記 載の組成物。 8.請求項1または2に記載の組成物を硬化させて製品を製造することから成 るエラストマー成形品の製造方法。 9.硬化は射出成形を含む請求項8に記載の方法。 10.請求項1または2に記載の組成物から成る硬化フルオロエラストマー製品 。
