Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ケーシング(20)と、該ケーシング(20)の組み付け面(60)に配置 された支持プレート(40)と、ケーシング(20)内に配置されたセンサエレ メント(30)と、支持プレート(40)の少なくとも1つの接点面に導電接続 された少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(50)とを有する圧力センサにおいて 、 少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(50)が組み付け面(60)と同一平面 に配置されており、少なくとも1つの接点面に直接的に結合されており、支持プ レート(40)と組み付け面(60)との間に毛管接着剤層が配置されているこ とを特徴とする、圧力センサ。 2.毛管接着剤が、少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(50)と、少なくとも1 つの接点面との間の導電接続部を取り囲み、環境周囲に対してシールしている、 請求項1記載の圧力センサ。 3.少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(50)と、少なくとも1つの接点面との 間の導電接続部が、ろう接結合部である、請求項1または2記載の圧力センサ。 4.少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(50)と、少なくとも1つの接点面との 間の導電接続部が、接着 結合部である、請求項1または2記載の圧力センサ。 5.ケーシング(20)がプラスチックケーシングであり、該プラスチックケー シングの熱膨張率が、少なくとも組み付け面(60)の方向において、支持プレ ート(40)の熱膨張率に適合されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項 記載の圧力センサ。 6.センサエレメント(30)が支持プレート(40)に配置されている、請求 項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ。 7.支持プレート(40)がハイブリッド・セラミックスプレートである、請求 項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ。 8.ケーシング(20)と、該ケーシング(20)の組み付け面(60)に配置 された支持プレート(40)と、ケーシング(20)内に配置されたセンサエレ メント(30)と、支持プレート(40)の少なくとも1つの接点面に導電接続 された少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(50)とを有する圧力センサを製造す る方法において、 先ず、少なくとも1つの接点面を、組み付け面(60)と同一平面に配置し た接続エレメント(50)に直接的に導電接続し、次いで、支持プレート(40 )と組み付け面(60)との間に、シール性を 有する接着結合部を形成するための毛管接着剤を導入することを特徴とする、圧 力センサを製造する方法。
