Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 再生可能であり、液体、特にビ−ルの二次発酵貯蔵工程の最後の段階にお ける濾過操作において用いられる濾過補助剤であって、非圧縮性の合成か又は天 然の重合物質か、又は非圧縮性の天然物質からなり、真球度係数が約0.6乃至 約0.9の間にある粒形状を有する濾過補助剤。 2. 平均粒度が約20乃至約70ミクロンの間にあり、多孔度が約0.4乃至 約0.8の間にあり、且つ密度が約1000乃至約1500Kg/m3の間にあ る請求項1記載の濾過補助剤。 3. 平均粒度が約20ミクロンの時の標準偏差値は、約10ミクロンであり、 平均粒度が約70ミクロンの時の標準偏差値は、約25ミクロンである請求項2 記載の濾過補助剤。 4. 平均粒度は約35ミクロンであり、標準偏差値は約15ミクロンであり、 密度は約1200Kg/m3である請求項1、2又は3記載の濾過補助剤。 5. 非圧縮性の合成か又は天然の重合体からなる粒子か、又は非圧縮性の天然 物質からなる粒子からなる濾過補助剤であって、該粒子は、例えば、ポリアミド や、ポリ塩化ビニルや、フッ素化製品や、ポリプロピレンや、ポリスチレンや、 ポリエチレンや、例えばリオライト(ryolites)或はガラスのようなシ リカの誘導体や、それらの混合物から作られる請求項1、2、3又は4記載の濾 過補助剤。 6. ポリアミドから作られる該粒子は、望ましくは、ポリカプロラクタムや、 ポリ(ヘキサメチレン アジパミド)や、ポリ(ヘキサメチレン ノナンジアミ ド)や、ポリ(ヘキサメチレン セバカミド)や、ポリ(ヘキサメチレン ドデ カノジアミド)や、ポリウンデカノラク タムや、ポリラウリルラクタムや、及び/又は、それらの混合物から作られる粒 子である請求項1乃至5の内のいずれか1項記載の濾過補助剤。 7. 該粒子はポリウンデカノラクタムから作られる粒子である請求項1乃至6 の内のいずれか1項記載の濾過補助剤。 8. 液体、例えば、ビールを第二発酵貯蔵工程の最後の段階において濾過する ための濾過方法であって、脱気工程と、予備層を濾過支持体上に堆積させるため の予備層堆積工程と、そして再循環工程とを含み、請求項1乃至7の内のいずれ か1項記載の該濾過補助剤を用いることによって、濾過行程が実施される該液体 の濾過方法。 9. 該濾過補助剤と濾過される該液体との間の相対的な割合は、100リット ルの該液体に対して該濾過補助剤が約25乃至約250グラムの間にある割合で ある請求項8記載の濾過方法。 10. 更に、安定化行程を含む請求項8又は9記載の濾過方法。 11. 該濾過行程に付随して、該安定化行程が実施される請求項10記載の濾過 方法。 12. 該安定化行程は、PVPP等の安定化剤を用いて実施される請求項10又 は11記載の濾過方法。 13. ビ−ルの該濾過行程の後、該濾過補助剤の使用現在位置において該濾過補 助剤を再生させるための再生行程を更に含み、該再生行程は、 該フイルタ基材の洗浄工程(但し、該フイルタ基材は、濃度が約2乃至約 5パ−セントのソ−ダ溶液を用いて、少なくともセ氏約80度の温度で、約60 乃至約120分の間、洗浄される)と、 該フイルタ基材の酵素処理工程(但し、該フイルタ基材は、セ氏約40乃 至約60度の温度で約100乃至約200分の間、酵素配合物を用いて処理され 、該酵素処理工程は、複数回に渡る濾過サイクルを 経た後、実施される)とを含む、 請求項8乃至12の内のいずれか1項記載の濾過方法。 14. 該酵素配合物は、蛋白質分解酵素を含むと共に、酵母を溶解することが出 来る薬剤を含み、更に、酵素触媒剤をも含むことができる請求項13記載の濾過 方法。 15. 一時間毎の圧力上昇値が、未だ消費されていない、即ち、新たな又は全体 的に再生された後の該濾過補助剤を用いた時の対応圧力上昇値よりも相当程度大 きくなった時に、該酵素処理工程が実施される請求項13又は14記載の濾過方 法。 16. 濾過タンク内の圧力上昇値が、フイルタの機械的構造の最大許容圧力の約 80パ−セントの値に達した時、該酵素処理が実施される請求項15記載の濾過 方法。 17. フイルタ支持体は、多重管フイルタエレメントを有し、該多重管フイルタ エレメントは、垂直支持体の回りに螺旋状に巻かれたワイヤを有し、該ワイヤの 互いに隣接する巻き線間の間隔距離は、約20乃至約70ミクロンの間であり、 望ましくは、約20乃至約45ミクロンの間である請求項8乃至16の内のいずれ か1項記載の濾過方法。 18. 螺旋状に巻かれた該ワイヤの形状は台形であり、該台形の長い方の底辺は 、フイルタの外面、すなわち濾過すべき物質と向かい合っている請求項17記載 の濾過方法。 19. 濾過支持体は、スクリ−ン、望ましくは、水平スクリ−ンを含み、該スク リ−ンのメッシェサイズは、約10乃至約70ミクロンの間であり、望ましくは 、約10乃至約20ミクロンの間である請求項8乃至16の内のいずれか1項記載 の濾過方法。 20. 該ワイヤすなわち該スクリーンは、濾過時に用いられる試薬に対し耐性を 有する材料であって、且つ、食品並の品質を有する該材料から 作られる請求項17乃至19の内のいずれか1項記載の濾過方法。 21. フイルタ基材の洗浄工程(但し、該フイルタ基材は、濃度が約2乃至約5 パ−セントのソ−ダ溶液を用いて、少なくともセ氏約80度の温度で、約60乃 至約120分の間、洗浄される)と、そして 該フイルタ基材の酵素処理工程(但し、該フイルタ基材は、セ氏約40乃 至約60度の温度で約100乃至約200分の間、酵素配合物を用いて処理され 、該酵素処理工程は、複数回に渡る濾過サイクルを経た後、実施される)と、 を含み、濾過補助剤の使用現在位置において該濾過補助剤を再生させるため の再生方法。 22. 該酵素配合物は、蛋白質分解酵素を含むと共に、酵母を溶解することが出 来る薬剤を含み、更に、酵素触媒剤をも含むことができる請求項21記載の再生 方法。 23. 一時間毎の圧力上昇値が、未だ消費されていない、即ち、新たな又は全体 的に再生された後の該濾過補助剤を用いた時の対応圧力上昇値よりも相当程度大 きくなった時に、該酵素処理工程が実施される請求項21又は22記載の再生方 法。 24. 濾過タンク内の圧力上昇値が、フイルタの機械的構造の最大許容圧力の約 80パ−セントの値に達した時、該酵素処理が実施される請求項23記載の再生 方法。 25. 該濾過補助剤は、請求項1乃至7の内のいずれか1項記載の濾過補助剤で ある請求項21乃至24の内のいずれか1項記載の再生方法。 26. 多重管フイルタエレメントを有し、該多重管フイルタエレメントは、垂直 支持体の回りに螺旋状に巻かれたワイヤを有し、該ワイヤの互いに隣接する巻き 線間の間隔距離は、約20乃至約70ミクロンの間であり、望ましくは、約20 乃至約45ミクロンの間である濾過支持体。 27. 螺旋状に巻かれた該ワイヤの形状は台形であり、該台形の長い方の底辺は 、多重管フイルタの外面と向かい合い、該台形の側面は、濾過すべき物質と向か い合う請求項26記載の濾過支持体。 28. スクリ−ン、望ましくは、水平スクリ−ンを含む濾過支持体であって、濾 過行程で用いられる試薬に対し耐性を有する材料であって、且つ食品並の品質を 有する該材料から作られ、該スクリ−ンのメッシェサイズは、約10乃至約70 ミクロンの間であり、望ましくは、約10乃至約20ミクロンの間である濾過支 持体。
