Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第2部材に対して相対動可能に装着された第1部材が第2部材の溝付き面 に対立配位し且つ当該面から隙間だけ分離された溝付き面として、当該隙間に進 入させられた原料を剪断し且つ分裂させるために、各溝付き面の1以上の溝とラ ンドが第1部材の該相対動の際に他方の面の1以上の溝とランドによって該隙間 において横切られる構成の斯ゝる溝付き面を有している混合機。 2.該両面が第1、2部材の実質的に平坦な面であり、第1部材はその溝付き 面が第2部材の溝付き面と該隙間を横切る方向で対立する状態で以って第2部材 に対して回転可能に装着されている、請求項1に係る混合機。 3.両部材の1方或いは両方が1以上の螺旋溝、或いはこの種の溝の局部を含 んで成る、請求項2に係る混合機。 4.両部材の1方或いは両方の溝は各々が1巻未満である多数の螺旋溝を含ん で成る、請求項3に係る混合機。 5.両部材の1方或いは両方の溝が両部材の相対回転軸線に関して偏心した位 置から放射状に延在する多数の直線溝を含んで成る、請求項2に係る混合機。 6.両部材の1方或いは両方の溝は夫々の部材の内方へ進むにつれて幅と深さ が減少している溝を含んで成る、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に係る混合機。 7.両部材が軸方向に整合しているシャフトに装着されたディスク部材である 、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に係る混合機。 8.第2部材が第1部材に対して回転可能に装着されている、請求項2〜7の いずれか1項に係る混合機。 9.両部材の1方がカップ形部材であり、他方が当該カップ形部 材内に進入可能に装着されているディスク部材である、請求項2〜6のいずれか 1項に係る混合機。 10.両溝付き面が両部材の共軸面であり、そして第1部材が両面の共通軸線 に関して第2部材に対して回転可能に装着されている、請求項1に係る混合機。 11.両溝付き面の1方が第2部材の円筒内面であり、そして他方が第1部材 の円筒外面であって、第1部材が第2部材に対しその中に回転可能に装着されて いる、請求項10に係る混合機。 12.両面の溝が螺旋溝である、請求項10或いは11に係る混合機。 13.両面の螺旋溝が互いに逆手の関係にあり、及び/或いは互いに異なるピ ッチのものである、請求項12に係る混合機。 14.混合対象の原料を2つの部材の対立した溝付き面の隙間に進入させ、そ して該隙間にある原料が剪断と分裂の作用を受けるようにするために、各溝付き 面の1以上の溝とランドとが該隙間で他方の面の1以上の溝とランドとによって 横切られるように両部材を相対運動させるようにした混合方法。 15.該両面が両部材の実質的に平坦な面であり、そして両部材の相対運動が 互いに対面状に対立した当該平坦面の相対回転によるものである、請求項14に 係る方法。 16.両部材の1方或いは両方が1以上の螺旋溝、或いはこの種の溝の局部を 含んで成り、そして両平坦面の相対回転を螺旋溝の方向との関係において相対回 転軸線へ向けて溝を下るように該原料を付勢する傾向を呈する原因となる方向に 行う、請求項15に係る方法。 17.両部材の1方或いは両方の溝が両部材の相対回転軸線に関して偏心した 位置から放射状に延在する多数の直線溝を含んで成る 、請求項15に係る方法。 18.両溝付き面が螺旋溝付き共軸面であって、その1方が他方に対してその 共通軸線に関して回転する、請求項14に係る方法。 19.螺旋溝が互いに逆手の関係にあり、及び/或いは互いに異なるピッチの ものである、請求項18に係る方法。 20.相対的に運動する面の間において原料に剪断作用を受けさせることによ って原料内部の機械化学反応を引き起こし、それによって原料の分子構造を破壊 するようにした原料混合方法。 21.再生用のゴムが受ける剪断作用によって当該ゴムを溶解性にするのに十 分な原料分子の破壊を行うようにした、ゴム再生に使用する請求項14〜20の いずれか1項に係る方法。 22.当該方法を空気、酸素、或いはオゾン化空気の雰囲気において実施する 、請求項14〜21のいずれか1項に係る方法。 23.当該方法を窒素、アルゴン、二酸化炭素、或いはその他の不活性ガスの 雰囲気において実施する、請求項14〜21のいずれか1項に係る方法。
