Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 感光性のマイクロカプセルを備えた画像記録媒体に画像を印刷するために 用いられる露光加圧装置であって、 前記画像記録媒体に隣接して配置された露光手段であって、前記画像記録媒体 を画像状に露光して前記画像記録媒体に潜像を生成する露光発生素子を少なくと も1つ備えた露光手段と、 前記露光済の画像記録媒体に対し均一な破壊力を少なくとも1点で印加する少 なくとも1つの点接触素子を備えた加圧手段と、 前記画像記録媒体に対して前記露光手段および前記加圧手段の両方の同期的動 作を実現するための駆動手段とを有する装置。 2. 前記駆動手段は、前記露光手段および前記加圧手段の両方を前記画像記録 媒体を横断するように往復させる、請求項1の装置。 3. 前記画像記録媒体は静止状態であり、前記駆動手段は、前記露光手段およ び前記加圧手段を、前記静止状態の画像記録媒体を段階的に縦断させる、請求項 2の装置。 4. 前記駆動手段は、前記画像記録媒体を段階的に縦方向に動かす、請求項2 の装置。 5. 前記少なくとも1つの露光発生素子は、1または多変調型の発光ダイオー ド、変調型の液晶表示部材、レーザーおよび光ファイバーケーブルからなる群か ら選択されている、請求項1の装置。 6. 前記少なくとも1つの露光発生素子は、1または多段変調型の発光ダイオ ードである、請求項5の装置。 7. 前記少なくとも1つの点接触素子は、複数の点接触素子を備えており、こ れら複数の点接触素子は、それぞれの素子が、隣接する素子の横方向のパスに対 し並行で若干オフセットした横方向のパスを描くように配置されている、請求項 1の装置。 8. 前記複数の点接触素子は直線に沿って配置されており、その直線は、前記 加圧手段の横軸に対し傾いている、請求項7の装置。 9. 前記複数の点接触素子は、非直線状に配置されている、請求項7の装置。 10. 前記加圧手段は、圧力制御手段をさらに備えている、請求項1の装置。 11. 前記圧力制御手段は、圧縮コイルばねである、請求項10の装置。 12. 前記露光手段および前記加圧手段は、1つのコンパクトなユニットに収 納されている、請求項1の装置。 13. 前記装置は、前記露光手段に隣接する、ビーム形成された開口板をさら に有する、請求項1の装置。 14. 前記ビーム形成された開口板は、前記露光発生素子に対応して前記露光 発生素子と並んだ複数の開口を備えている、請求項13の装置。 15. それぞれの前記開口は有色フィルタを備えており、その有色フィルタが 前記露光発生素子から有色のビーム光を生成する、請求項14の装置。 16. 前記装置は、前記加圧手段のそれぞれの往復の反転位置の近くで、前記 加圧手段を前記画像記録媒体から開放し、前記点接触素子を前記画像記録媒体の 側端で前記画像記録媒体から離す開放手段をさらに有しており、これによって側 端のマイクロカプセルが壊れるのを防止する、請求項1の装置。 17. 前記装置は、前記画像記録媒体の前後端で、前記加圧手段を前記画像記 録媒体から開放し、前記点接触素子を前記画像記録媒体の前後端で前記画像記録 媒体から離す開放手段をさらに有しており、これによって前後端のマイクロカプ セルが壊れるのを防止する、請求項1の装置。 18. 感光性のマイクロカプセルを備えた画像記録媒体に画像を印刷するため に用いられる露光加圧装置であって、 露光手段および加圧手段が1つのユニットとなるように組み込まれたコンパク トな走査印刷ヘッドを有し、前記露光手段は、前記画像記録媒体を画像状に露光 して前記画像記録媒体に潜像を生成する露光発生素子を少なくとも1つ備え、前 記加圧手段は、前記露光済の画像記録媒体に均一な破壊力を少なくとも1点で印 加する少なくとも1つの点接触素子を備えており、さらに、 前記画像記録媒体に対し前記コンパクトな走査印刷ヘッドを移動するための駆 動手段を有する装置。 19. 画像記録媒体に画像を印刷するコンパクトな走査印刷ヘッドであって、 1つのユニットとして合体された露光手段および加圧手段を有し、前記露光手段 は、前記画像記録媒体を画像状に露光して前記画像記録媒体に潜像を生成する露 光発生素子を少なくとも1つ備え、前記加圧手段は、前記露光済の画像記録媒体 に接して前記潜像を現像して前記画像記録媒体に目に見える画像を形成する点接 触素子を少なくとも1つ備えているコンパクトな走査印刷ヘッド。
