DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Disinfection composition and surface disinfection method
Technical field
The present invention relates to biological surfaces (eg, human skin, mouth, etc.) including, but not limited to, walls,
Hard tables such as tiles, table tops, glass, bathroom surfaces, kitchen surfaces, dishes
Various surfaces, including surfaces and inanimate surfaces including fabrics, clothing, carpets, etc.
An antimicrobial composition that can be used for disinfection and cleaning.
background
The antimicrobial / antimicrobial composition contains a substance capable of disinfecting. Disinfectant
The quality significantly reduces or eliminates microorganisms, such as bacteria, present on the surface.
Is generally recognized. Halogenated, such as hypochlorous acid
Compositions based on compounds or quaternary compounds are widely used in the industry for disinfection purposes.
Are listed. Compositions containing peroxygen bleach are also known as disinfecting compositions
.
However, hydrogen peroxide is the only antimicrobial agent, typically seven times the total composition.
At the level of% by volume, the composition comprising is under typical dilution conditions, for example 1: 5
Dilution level of 0 (composition: water), lightly soiled surface, for example with a conventional detergent
Cleaned and still some residual organic and / or inorganic
When used to disinfect surfaces that represent dirt, they are not completely satisfactory
Absent. In fact, the presence of organic and / or inorganic soils can be attributed to a number of antimicrobial compounds, such as
Reduces the bactericidal activity of peroxygen bleaches, thereby disinfecting the compositions containing them
Reduces activity / disinfection.
Therefore, the object of the present invention was to obtain a lightly soiled, even under highly diluted conditions.
The object is to provide a composition which gives a very good disinfection to the surface.
This time, by combining different antimicrobial components together,
Whitening agents, betaine or sulfobetaine surfactants, or derivatives thereof,
Or a mixture thereof and an antimicrobial essential oil or an active substance thereof (eg, thymol
, Eugenol, and others), parabens, glutaraldehyde and their
By combining with an antimicrobial compound selected from the group consisting of:
It has been found that this can be achieved. More specifically, the peroxygen bleach,
Combination comprising a surfactant of tine or sulfobetaine and said antimicrobial compound
The composition is even in high dilution conditions, ie at a 1: 100 ratio of the composition / water
Provides excellent disinfection of lightly contaminated surfaces up to the dilution level
Was found.
Advantages of the present invention include Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, but are also more resistant.
For a wide range of bacterial strains of sexual microorganisms, e.g., fungi, under lightly contaminated conditions
, Very good disinfection is obtained.
Another advantage of the composition according to the invention is that, apart from the obtained disinfecting properties, it also has excellent cleaning properties.
Performance is also provided.
Thus, the composition according to the invention can be used for biological surfaces (for example oral products or
When used as a toothpaste, it includes human skin and / or mouth) and inanimate surfaces.
Suitable for disinfecting all types of surfaces. Indeed, this technology
For hard surfaces and for washing, for example the so-called "soaking mode"
), Laundry detergent in "through the wash mode"
Or as a laundry additive, or as a pre-laundry in the “pre-treatment mode”
Suitable for. More particularly, the composition according to the invention is used for food and / or baby
Suitable for safe use on delicate surfaces, including those in contact with Sure
When the composition according to the invention is used under dilute conditions, on the surface disinfected therewith
The amount of chemical residue left behind is reduced. For this reason, the composition of the present invention
Apply with
After that, it may not be necessary to rinse the hard surface, for example.
Yet another advantage of the compositions of the present invention is that they can be used in different forms, such as conventional
Liquid form in traditional detergent bottle, spray / foam dispenser
In the form of a spray or foam in which the composition is incorporated.
It is to be provided in the form of a wipe or in a non-liquid form.
EP-B-288,689 discloses an antibacterial effective amount of pine oil and at least one pine oil.
Liquids for hard surfaces containing oil-soluble organic acids are disclosed. Peroxygen bleach
Needless to say, no other antimicrobial components are described.
EP-241,390 describes the use of a fibrous material contaminated with bacteria by first using a detergent.
And then uncomplexed calcium hydroxide in an aqueous bath at pH 9-13 with a peroxygen bleach.
It is disclosed to disinfect by treating in the presence of a system.
U.S. Pat. No. 4,404,191 discloses supersensitization such as monosulfate.

The advantage of this implementation is the quick use of the disinfecting composition by the user,
This is also the case outside, i.e. pouring the liquid composition according to the invention on the surface to be treated / disinfected.
No need to wipe it dry with a cloth. In other words, wipe
Items can be disinfected on the surface in one step.Disinfection method:
The present invention relates to a peroxygen bleach and a betaine or sulfobetaine surfactant,
Or their derivatives, or mixtures thereof, and antibacterial essential oils or their active substances.
Quality, parabens, glutaraldehyde and mixtures thereof.
A composition comprising the antimicrobial compound and a method of disinfecting the surface.
Include.
"Surface" refers to a surface that includes living and inanimate surfaces such as human skin, mouth, and teeth.
Means loose surface. Inanimate surfaces may be indoors, such as kitchens, bathrooms, or
-Hard surfaces typically found in interiors, such as tiles, walls, floors, chrome
, Glass, smooth vinyl, any plastic, plasticized wood, table
Tops, sinks, cooker tops, dishes, sanitary fixtures such as sinks, showers,
Shower curtain, wash basin, WC, clothing, curtain, drape, bed linen
Fabrics, including fabrics, bath linens, tablecloths, sleeping bags, tents, decorative furniture, etc.
And carpets, but not limited to them. Refrigerator,
Including freezer, washing machine, automatic dryer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc.
Also includes, but is not limited to, home appliances.
In the method of the present invention, said composition is preferably in the form of a liquid,
It is applied on the surface as it is or after dilution with water. Preferably, the composition
Prior to application to said surface, up to 100 times their weight in water, preferably
It is diluted with 80 to 40 times water, more preferably 60 to 30 times water of their weight.
.
The method of the invention wherein the composition is applied in its diluted form to a hard surface to be disinfected is preferred.
In a preferred embodiment, there is no need to rinse the surface after the composition has been applied, in fact,
No visible residue remains on the surface.
The present invention is further described by the following examples.
Example
By mixing the listed ingredients (% by weight unless otherwise specified)
Thus, the following composition was produced. These compositions are from the European committee of stand
The prEN 1276 test (0.03% albumin / hard water) for ardisation has passed.
These compositions may be used as such or, for example, 1: 100, 1:25
Very quickly on lightly soiled surfaces when diluted at a dilution level of 1:50
Provides excellent surface safety at the same time as performing good disinfection.
