Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.溶融セラミックの流れを乱流状態の流れの中に送って、溶融セラミックの 流れが分散されて小滴の流れにされ、この小滴が流体の流れに同伴されて凝固状 態になるようにすることを含む、溶融セラミック材料を急冷する方法。 2.前記セラミック材料が、マグネシア、アルミナ、ジルコニア、アルミナ/ ジルコニア混合物、及び、少ない比率のイットリア、シリカ、マグネシア及びそ の混合物で変更されたアルミナ又はジルコニアから構成されるグループから選択 される、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記乱流状態の流体の流れが、空気、水、及び、空気と水の混合物から構 成されるグループから選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記乱流状態の流体の流れが水膜を通って溶融セラミックを同伴する、請 求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記乱流状態の流体の流れが水筒の口部分へ噴射される、請求項1に記載 の方法。 6.セラミックの同伴粒子を有する前記乱流状態の流体の流れがサイクロン管 へサイクロンの側部に対して接線方向になっている流れの状態で入っている、請 求項1に記載の方法。 7.流体とセラミック粒子の混合体の流れを乱すために、前記サイクロンが内 側にじゃま板を備える、請求項6に記載の方法。 8.前記セラミック粒子がサイクロンを出る際、前記セラミック粒子を実質的 に乾燥状態にするために別な熱の適用が不要となるほど十分な熱を保持している ように、前記サイクロンの温度が制御されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
