Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.交換性一価及び二価カチオンを有する無機担体材料を基礎とする吸着剤であ って、前記担体材料の比表面積が100m2/gより大であり、カチオン交換能が30mg 当量/100gより大であり、細孔容積が0.15ml/gより大であり、8gの担体材料を100 mlのH2Oに懸濁させた水性懸濁液のpH値が7.5より小であり、かつ、少なくと も60%、好適には70%の交換性一価及び/又は二価カチオンが、ルイス酸として 作用するカチオン、好適にはAl3+カチオンと交換することを特徴とする吸着剤 。 2.前記担体材料は、比表面積が100m2/gより大であり、カチオン交換能が30mg 当量/100gより大であり、細孔容積が0.15ml/gより大であり、8gの担体材料を100 mlの水に懸濁させた水性懸濁液のpH値が7.5より小であるスメクタイトを基礎と する天然活性粘土であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸着剤。 3.前記担体材料は、比表面積が200m2/gより大であり、カチオン交換能が30〜5 0mg当量/100gであり、細孔容積が0.25ml/gより大であり、8gの担体材料を100ml の水に懸濁させた水性懸濁液のpH値が約2〜6であるスメクタイトを基礎とする 酸活性粘土鉱物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸着剤。 4.前記担体材料は、比表面積が300m2/gより大、好適には300〜600m2/gであり 、カチオン交換能が30〜60mg当量/100gであり、細孔容積が0.2ml/gより大であり 、8gの担体材料を100mlの水に懸濁させた水性懸濁液のpH値が3〜6であるケイ酸 アルミニウムを基礎とする合成漂白粘土であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の吸着剤。 5.ルイス酸として作用するカチオンを有する塩の溶液、好適にはアルミニウム 塩溶液であって、ルイス酸カチオンのモル過剰が担体材料のカチオン交換能の少 なくとも2倍である溶液で、担体材料を処理し、次いですぐに、過剰の塩溶液を 除去し、残渣を洗浄し、乾燥し、及び任意に焼成することを特徴とする請 求項1〜4のいずれか一つの項に記載の吸着剤の製造方法。 6.ルイス酸カチオンの負荷した残渣を、洗浄水中の遊離カチオン含量が100mg/ l未満になるまで洗浄することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。 7.請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの項に記載の吸着剤、又は請求項5〜6のいず れか一つの項に記載の製造方法に従って製造された吸着剤の、植物又は動物油及 び/又は脂肪又は鉱油の処理への使用。
