(57)【要約】 【課題】従来の防水加工された紙や樹脂からなる飲料用
容器の保存性や携帯性の利点を有しながら、嗅覚の刺激
による飲欲の促進を図ることができる飲料用容器を提供
する 【解決手段】飲用口４に芳香成分８を挟んだ膜６，７か
らなりストロ等を差し込むことで破断可能な封止体３な
どを設けた飲料用容器。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、高カロリー飲料、
各種栄養飲料やスポーツドリンク等の飲料用容器に関す
る。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】近年、高カロリー飲料、各種栄養飲料や
スポーツドリンク等は、その保存性や携帯性の利点から
防水加工された紙や樹脂からなる飲料用容器に封入し販
売されることが多い。この場合、封入された飲料を飲む
ためには、容器の一部分に差し込んだストロ、あるいは
容器に予め設けられている容器内外を連通する管体を口
に直接含み吸い込むことによって飲むのが一般的であ
る。ところが、人は飲料を飲む際にその飲料が何である
かを感じるの味覚以外にも嗅覚に頼る部分が大きい。そ
のため、味覚が低下した老人や病人が高カロリー飲料や
栄養飲料等を飲む際、あるいは疲労した人がスポーツド
リンク等を飲む際には嗅覚が刺激されることにより飲欲
が促進される場合がある。しかし、上述した飲料用容器
ではストロや管体の径が細く、かつこれらを直接口に含
むため嗅覚が刺激されにくいため、それによる飲欲の促
進を図ることができない。
【０００３】また、嗅覚の刺激を利用する飲食物の容器
等として、芳香成分を配合した樹脂フィルム（特開昭
５９−２１２４８等）、開口した際に芳香を発する金
属製の蓋（特開平３−１３７４４等）、シュリンク包
装フィルムを剥離するによって芳香を発するシュリンク
包装体などが開示されている。しかし、上記の場合は
芳香成分を配合した樹脂フィルムで容器を作成すると常
に芳香を発するため異なる香りのもの同士を一緒に保存
すると香りが混ざり合い判別が困難となり、上記の場
合は金属製の蓋では紙や樹脂からなる飲料用容器に応用
することは困難であり、上記の場合はシュリンク包装
するため費用と手間がかかるという問題を有する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで本発明は、飲用
時にストロ等を差し込む飲用口、あるいは容器内外を連
通する管体が予め設けている防水加工された紙や樹脂か
らなる飲料用容器の保存性や携帯性の利点を有しなが
ら、嗅覚の刺激による飲欲の促進を図ることができる飲
料用容器を提供することを目的をする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的は以下の本発明
によって解決される。本発明は、飲料が封入され飲用前
に棒体を差して容器内外を連通させる飲料用容器におい
て、当該飲料用容器の内外を連通する部位には、当該棒
体により破断可能な複数の膜体が重ね合わせ当該膜体と
膜体の間に芳香成分が封入されている封止体が設けられ
ていることを特徴とする飲料用容器である。
【０００６】また、本発明は、飲料が封入され飲用前に
容器内外を連通する飲用口を覆った封止体を剥がして使
用する飲料用容器において、当該封止体と当該飲料用容
器の接触面における少なくとも一方に芳香成分が付着あ
るいは配合されていることを特徴とする飲料用容器であ
る。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、図面を参照しながら本発明
の飲料用容器の実施の形態について説明する。図１は、
本発明の第一の実施形態を示す外観図である。飲料用容
器１の容器本体２には封止体３により封止された飲用口
４が設けられており、棒体であるストロ５を差し込むこ
とによって飲用直前に開封される。この場合、ストロ５
によって直接に容器本体２内の飲料を吸い込むことがで
きる。図２は、飲料用容器１の飲用口４付近の部分断面
図を示す。封止体３は第一膜６と第二膜７とが重ね合わ
され、その間に芳香成分８が挟まれている。第一膜６と
第二膜７との縁は芳香成分が放出しないように融着や接
着など方法により固定され、さらに同様な方法で容器本
体２に固定される。
【０００８】なお、封止体３は本実施形態では二枚の膜
体に芳香成分が挟まれているが、三枚以上の膜体を用意
して各々の膜体の間に各々異なる芳香成分を封入しても
良い。また、図２において封止体３は容器本体２の内側
に設けられているが、外表面側に設けても良い。
【０００９】本実施形態において、容器本体２は防水加
工された紙容器やプラスチック製容器などが適宣使用で
きる。第一膜６と第二膜７としては、ポリ塩化ビニル、
ポリプロピレンやポリエチレンなどのオレフィン系フィ
ルム、ポリスチレンフィルム、ポリエステルフィルム、
ナイロンフィルムなど棒体で破断できるものが適宣使用
できる。芳香成分８としては、封入する飲料の成分のう
ち香りの強い成分そものや、各種の天然又は合成香料
や、これらの混合物があげられ、封入する飲料の種類を
認識できるものか、飲欲の促進を図れるものが適宣使用
できる。
【００１０】図３は、本発明の第二の実施形態の部分断
面図である。飲料用容器２１の容器本体２２には封止体
２３により封止された管状体の飲用口２４が設けられて
おり、その端には内面に容器本体２２方向に延びる棒体
２５を有するキャップ２９を有する。キャップ２９を容
器本体２２方向に押すことで棒体２５により封止体２３
は飲用直前に開封され、その後キャップ外して飲用口２
４に直接口を当てて飲むことができる。封止体２３は第
一膜２６と第二膜２７とが重ね合わされ、その間に芳香
成分２８が挟まれている。第一膜２６と第二膜２７との
縁は芳香成分が放出しないように融着や接着など方法に
より飲用口に固定される。この時、第一膜２６と第二膜
２７との縁同士を固定し、そこをさらに飲用口２４に固
定しても良い。本実施形態において、容器本体２２には
軟化プラスチック製容器など特に好ましく使用できる。
他の構成については上記第一の実施形態と同様で良い
が、管状体の飲用口２４は硬質のプラスチック樹脂で構
成されていることが好ましい。
【００１１】図４は、本発明の第三の実施形態の示す外
観図である。飲料用容器３１の容器本体３２には剥離可
能な封止体３３により封止された飲用口３４が設けられ
ており、封止体３３を剥離した後に、直接に口を当て、
あるいはストロー等を差し込むことによって飲用でき
る。図５は、飲料用容器３１の飲用口３４付近の部分断
面図を示す。封止体３３は膜体３５と芳香成分３７が練
り込まれた粘着層３６によって構成されている。なお、
本実施形態においては芳香成分３７が配合された粘着層
３６は容器本体３２の封止体３３の接触面、あるいは封
止体３３及び容器本体の双方に設けられていても良い。
【００１２】本実施形態において、容器本体３２は防水
加工された紙容器やプラスチック製容器などが適宣使用
できる。封止体３３の膜体３３としては、ポリ塩化ビニ
ル、ポリプロピレンやポリエチレンなどのオレフィン系
フィルム、ポリスチレンフィルム、ポリエステルフィル
ム、ナイロンフィルムなどや、これらとアルミをラミネ
ートしたものなどがあげられ、特に気密性を有するもの
が好ましく使用される。粘着層３６としては、オレフィ
ン系、スチレン系、エステル系、アクリル系の各種熱可
塑性樹脂が適宣使用できる。芳香成分３７については上
記第一の実施形態と同様で良い。

【発明の効果】本発明によって、飲用時にストローを差
し込む飲用口、あるいは容器内外を連通する管体が予め
設けている防水加工された紙や樹脂からなる飲料用容器
の保存性や携帯性の利点を有しながら、嗅覚の刺激によ
る飲欲の促進を図ることができる飲料用容器を提供する
ことができる。

  1. 【請求項１】飲料が封入され飲用前に棒体を差して容器
    内外を連通させる飲料用容器において、 当該飲料用容器の内外を連通する部位には、当該棒体に
    より破断可能な複数の膜体が重ね合わせ当該膜体と膜体
    の間に芳香成分が封入されている封止体が設けられてい
    ることを特徴とする飲料用容器。
  2. 【請求項２】飲料が封入され飲用前に容器内外を連通す
    る飲用口を覆った封止体を剥がして使用する飲料用容器
    において、 当該封止体と当該飲料用容器の接触面における少なくと
    も一方に芳香成分が付着あるいは配合されていることを
    特徴とする飲料用容器。
