スチックボトルを提供する。 【解決手段】 ボトル本体１と別体の把手３を装着して
なり、該把手３の握り部４の横断面形状がＨ型をなすと
共に内側片の幅が外側片よりも短いことを特徴とする。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】ボトル本体の側面に把手取付
け用凹部を形成し、該把手取付け用凹部に把手を装着し
た把手付プラスチックボトルに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、把手付プラスチックボトルにおい
ては、把手の握り部の横断面形状は、丸型、半円形型、
四角形型でコーナー部に丸味を付与した形状が一般的に
採用されている。
【０００３】然るに従来の把手形状では把手の握り部を
把持した場合、重かったり、硬い感じがして必ずしも手
になじみ易いものではなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は前記の問題点
を解決し、把手の握り部を把持した場合、手になじみ易
い新規の把手付プラスチックボトルを提供することを目
的とする。
【０００５】
【課題を解決しようとする課題】前記の目的は以下の手
段によって達成される。すなわち、本発明は、ボトル本
体に別体の把手を装着してなり、該把手の握り部の横断
面形状がＨ型をなすと共に内側片の幅が外側片よりも短
いことを特徴とする把手付プラスチックボトルを提案す
るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明を図面を参照して更
に詳細に説明する。
【０００７】図１は本発明の把手付プラスチックボトル
の概略側面図であり、１はボトル本体、２は把手取付け
用凹部であり、３は該把手取付け用凹部２に取付けられ
る把手である。
【０００８】図２は本発明のボトルに取付けられる把手
の一例を示す側面図であり、図３は図２のＩＩＩ−ＩＩ
Ｉ断面図である。
【０００９】本発明のボトルに装着される把手３の握り
部４の断面形状は図３のように内側片５と外側片６と
を、中央縦リブ９で連結したＨ型をなし、内側片５の幅
が外側片６よりも短く形成してある。
【００１０】内側片５を外側片６よりも短く形成してあ
るので、握った時に曲がった手指に沿う形となり手にな
じみ易いが、特に外側片６の幅を２０ｍｍ以下１２ｍｍ
以上として内側片５の幅を外側片６の幅よりもが２〜３
ｍｍ短くした場合非常に手になじみ易い。
【００１１】また、把手の内側片５、外側片６の肉厚に
もよるが外Ｒ７、７’は大きく、内Ｒ８、８’は小さく
し、外Ｒは内Ｒの１．５〜５倍のＲとすることにより、
更に手になじみ易くなるので好ましい。図１，２に示す
例では、把手３は、握り部４の上下に、横方向に延びる
取付腕３１、３２を形成し、取付腕３１、３２の先端部
にそれぞれ係止部３３、３４を設けてあり、把手取付用
凹部２の奥部のボトル壁に係止部３３、３４を埋め込む
ようにして、把手を装着してある。
【００１２】また、図２，３に示すように握り部４の中
程の内側片５と外側片６の間に、中央縦リブ９と直交す
る横リブ９０を設けて補強してもよい。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば把手の握り部の横断面形
状をＨ型とし、内側片の幅を外側片よりも短くすること
により手へのなじみ易さを大幅に向上することができ
た。
