Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヒト又はヒト以外の動物の身体の画像を光撮像法によって作成する方法であ って、生理学的に許容できる粒子状造影薬を該身体に投与し、前記身体の少なく とも一部の画像を作成することを特徴とする方法。 2.前記画像が空間的画像である請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記画像が時間的画像である請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記身体の少なくとも一部を透過する光から前記画像を作成する請求項1か ら3までのいずれかに記載の方法。 5.前記身体の少なくとも一部から反射した光から前記画像を作成する請求項1 から3までのいずれかに記載の方法。 6.前記薬によって放射される蛍光から前記画像を作成する請求項1から3までの いずれかに記載の方法。 7.前記薬によって放射される燐光から前記画像を作成する請求項1から3までの いずれかに記載の方法。 8.前記画像が前記身体内の血管の画像である上記請求項のいずれかに記載の方 法。 9.前記画像が前記身体内の食菌器官の画像である上記請求項のいずれかに記載 の方法。 10.光が内視鏡によって放射され、検出される請求項1から9までのいずれかに記 載の方法。 11.前記身体に単色光を照射する請求項1〜10までのいずれかに記載の方法。 12.前記粒子状薬の粒子サイズがλ/4Πからλ/Πまで(7は前記単色光の波長を 表す)である請求項1に記載の方法。 13.前記粒子サイズが約λ/2Πである請求項12に記載の方法。 14.前記粒子状薬が光学標識されない請求項1から5まで及び8から13までのいず れかに記載の方法。 15.前記薬が微小気泡を含む請求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記薬が固体又は液体粒子を含む請求項14に記載の方法。 17.前記薬がリポソームを含む請求項14に記載の方法。 18.前記粒子状薬が、少なくとも105cm-1M-1のモル吸光度と、300〜1300nmの範 囲に吸収極大とを持つ光学標識を含む請求項1から13までのいずれかに記載の方 法。 19.前記粒子状薬がリポソームを含む請求項18に記載の方法。 20.前記粒子状薬が固体又は液体粒子を含む請求項18に記載の方法。 21.前記粒子状薬が、前記光学標識でコーティングされた固体粒子を含む請求項 18に記載の方法。 22.前記粒子状薬がミセルを含む請求項18に記載の方法。 23.生体内診断的光撮像法で使用するための粒子状造影薬含有造影剤の製造にお ける生理学的に許容できる粒子状物質の使用。 24.請求項1から22までのいずれかの方法を含む撮像法で使用するための造影剤 の製造における請求項23に記載の使用。 25.少なくとも105cm-1M-1のモル吸光度と、300〜1300nmの範囲に吸収極大とを 持つ光学標識でコーティングされた固体粒子を含む生理学的に許容できる粒子状 剤を含有する診断的撮像用組成物。 26.疾患状態を診断するための生体内分光法における請求項1〜22までのいずれ かに定義する薬剤の使用。
