Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ケーシング、特にガスセンサのためのケーシングに設けられたケーブル貫通 案内部であって、ケーシング内に配置された成形体が設けられており、該成形体 を通じて、導電体とケーブル絶縁体とを備えた少なくとも1つの接続ケーブルが 案内されている形式のものにおいて、 成形体(40)が環状溝(42)を備えており、該環状溝(42)が一方の 端面を起点として、成形体(40)内で軸方向に延びていて、ケーシングに対し て円筒状壁(43)を形成しており、前記環状溝(42)内に支持リング(45 )が配置されていることを特徴とする、耐熱性のケーブル貫通案内部。 2.成形体(40)が、貫通案内したい接続ケーブル(25)の数に対応して軸 方向に延びる貫通案内部分(41)を有している、請求項1記載のケーブル貫通 案内部。 3.円筒状壁(43)の肉厚さが0.2ないし1mmである、請求項1記載のケ ーブル貫通案内部。 4.成形体(40)と、接続ケーブル(25)のケーブル絶縁体(27)とが、 少なくとも部分的に同じ材料から成っている、請求項1記載のケーブル貫通案内 部。 5.成形体(40)とケーブル絶縁体(27)とが少なくとも部分的にテフロン (PTFE)から成っている、請求項4記載のケーブル貫通案内部。 6.成形体(40)とケーブル絶縁体(27)との間の密な結合が、両材料の溶 着によって形成可能である、請求項4記載のケーブル貫通案内部。 7.請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の孔耐熱性の密なケーブル貫通案内 部を製造するための方法において、挿入された接続ケーブル(25)を備えた成 形体(40)を、ケーシング(22)に設けられた組付け個所の外部で熱処理を 施し、この場合、ケーブル絶縁体(27)を成形体(40)と溶着させ、その後 に成形体(40)を、環状溝(42)に挿入された支持リング(45)と共にケ ーシング(22)の組付け位置にもたらし、次いで該組付け位置でケーシング( 22)を圧縮して、成形体(40)ケーシング内(22)内に密にかしめ締結す ることを特徴とする、ケーブル貫通案内部を製造するための方法。 8.前記溶着を加圧下に行う、請求項7記載の製法。
