Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シャフトとに形成された偏心体に支持される少なくとも1つのポンプピスト ンを有し、ベアリングは、偏心体とポンプピストン間に設けられたベアリングリ ングとベアリングニードル、及び少なくとも1つの他のベアリングとを有し、そ れによってシャフトを回転させるポンプピストンにおいて、 第2のベアリング(6)とポンプベアリング(17)は、ポンプベアリング(1 5)のベアリングリング(17)の端面(22)が、第2ベアリング(6)の内 部リング(21)に接触して移動可能であるように、相互の関係をもって配置さ れていることを特徴とするピストンポンプ。 2.シャフト(12)の外周面に対する偏心体(13)の外周面が、シャフト( 12)の全外周、又は偏心体の外周に対し径方向内方にオフセットしていること を特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。 3.前記外周面の最大オフセットがベアリングニードル(16)の直径を超えな いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のピストンポンプ。 4.ベアリングリング(17)の第2の端面が、ポンプハウジング(1)内の段 部と接触して間接的或いは直接的に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に 記載のピストンポンプ。 5.ベアリングリング(17)が内方に向くカラーを有しないことを特徴とする 請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。 6.偏心体(13)が、ポンプを駆動する電気モータ(3)のアーマチャ軸とし て形成されたシャフト(12)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載のピストンポンプ。 7.アーマチャに近いシャフト(12)の端部が、補助ベアリング(40)に支 持されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のピストンポンプ。 8.補助ベアリング(40)が、摩耗抵抗の低い材料で形成されたベアリングリ ング(41)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のピストンポンプ。
