Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.供給端及び加熱端を持ち、加熱端が供給端に関して下方に傾斜した細長い 回転セメント窯を用い、 熱源から窯の前記加熱端に熱を向け、 装入原材料の流れが窯の加熱端で前記熱方向に移動するように、石灰石を含む 装入原材料の流れを窯の前記供給端に導入し、 略2”の最大直径までの優れたサイズを有する粒子を得るために空冷の溶鉱炉 スラグを粉々にして選別し、 装入原材料及び溶鉱炉スラグの流れが前記加熱端方向に移動する時に、溶鉱炉 スラグは前記熱によって溶解し装入原材料に拡散してセメントクリンカを形成す るように、窯の前記供給端で装入原材料の前記流れに前記粉々にされ選別された 空冷の溶鉱炉スラグの量を加えるステップを備えたセメントクリンカ製造方法。 2.溶鉱炉スラグが装入原材料から分離された材料として窯の供給端に追加さ れる請求項1に記載の方法。 3.溶鉱炉スラグ及び装入原材料は窯の供給端に導入される前に混合される請 求項1に記載の方法。 4.装入原材料及び溶鉱炉スラグの流れを受信するために、湿式法回転窯を使 うステップを更に備えた請求項1に記載の方法。 5.装入原材料及び溶鉱炉スラグの流れを受信するために、乾式プロセス回転 窯を使うステップを更に備えた請求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記溶鉱炉スラグは、カルシウムの珪酸塩及びアルミノケイ酸塩の化学組 成物を持つ請求項1に記載の方法。 7.供給端及び加熱端を持ち、加熱端が供給端に関して下方に傾斜した回転セ メント窯と、 回転窯の内部を加熱するための加熱端での熱源と、 前記回転窯の供給端に、石灰石を含む装入原材料と、略2”の最大直径までの 優れた粒子サイズを持つ粉々にされ選別された空冷の溶鉱炉スラグとの流れを導 入する運搬手段とを備え、 装入原材料及び溶鉱炉スラグの前記流れが窯の前記加熱端方向に移動する時に、 前記溶鉱炉スラグは前記装入原材料への前記熱によって拡散されてセメントクリ ンカを形成するセメントクリンカを形成するための装置。 8.前記運搬手段は、前記回転窯の供給端に装入原材料の流れを導入する第1 運搬手段と、装入原材料から別々に回転窯の供給端に溶鉱炉スラグを導入する第 2運搬手段とを備えた請求項7に記載の装置。 9.第1及び第2運搬手段に連結され、回転窯に導入された装入原材料対溶鉱 炉スラグの比率を制御して予め決定された化学の組成物を持つセメントクリンカ を達成する制御器を更に備えた請求項7に記載の装置。
