Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2つの電流端子(11,12)を備えた過電圧保護装置において、 直列に接続された少なくとも2つのリミッタ(14)を有しており、該リミッ タの導通抵抗は、所定の導通電圧よりも下では高い値を有し、該導通電圧よりも 上では低い値を有し、 前記複数のリミッタ(14)からなる直列回路(13)が前記電流端子(11 ,12)の間に設けられており、少なくとも2つのリミッタ(14)の導通電圧 の和が、前記電流端子(11,12)間の最大許容電圧を規定し、これに対して 各リミッタ(14)の導通電圧は、前記電流端子(11,12)において見込ま れるゼロではない最小入力電圧よりも小さく、 前記電流端子(11,12)の間に複数の切換装置(18)からなる直接回路 が設けられており、該複数の切換装置(18)は数的に前記リミッタ(14)の 数に一致され、該切換装置のそれぞれによって選択的に高抵抗又は低抵抗な状態 が導入可能であり、前記隣接する複数の切換装置(18)の間の各接続ノード( 22)は隣接する複数のリミッタ(14)の間の対応する接続ノード(17)に 電気的なクロス接続部(23)を介して接続されていることを特徴とする、過電 圧保護装置。 2.前記クロス接続部(23)は、電流センサ(24,25)を含んでいる請求 の範囲第1項記載の過電圧保護装置。 3.前記クロス接続部(23)の数は、前記リミッタ(14)の数よりも1つ だけ小さい、請求の範囲第1項記載の過電圧保護装置。 4.前記クロス接続部(23)はゼロオームの導電接続部であり、前記複数の 切換装置(18)からなる直列回路は、少なくとも1つの電流制限装置(31) を有している、請求の範囲第1項記載の過電圧保護装置。 5.前記複数の切換装置(18)からなる直列回路の一方の端部に1つの電流 制限装置(31a)が含まれ、さらに前記複数の切換装置(18)の直列回路の 他方の端部に別の電流制限装置(31b)が含まれている、請求の範囲第4項記 載の過電圧保護装置。 6.前記電流制限装置(31)は電流センサを有している、請求の範囲第4項 記載の過電圧保護装置。 7.前記電流センサは、オーム抵抗等の抵抗(24,31)を有している、請求 の範囲第2項記載の過電圧保護装置。 8.前記電流センサは、光結合器(25)を有している、請求の範囲第2項記 載の過電圧保護装置。 9.前記リミッタ(14)のそれぞれは、唯1つのリミッタ素子(16)から 形成されるか又は少なくと も2つのリミッタ素子(16)からなる直接回路から形成されている、請求の範 囲第1項記載の過電圧保護装置。 10.前記リミッタ素子(16)は、Zダイオード、ダイオード、バリスタ、V DR抵抗か又はその他の構成素子、又は相応の特性を備えた二極に合成接続され るた回路装置である、請求の範囲第8項記載の過電圧保護装置。 11.前記切換装置(18)は、制御入力側(21)を備えた電子スイッチであ る、請求の範囲第1項記載の過電圧保護装置。 12.前記切換装置(18)は、制御入力側を備えた電気機械式スイッチである 、請求の範囲第10項記載の過電圧保護装置。 13.前記電気機械式スイッチは、リレーである、請求の範囲第12項記載の過 電圧保護装置。 14.前記切換装置(18)を順次操作するために、制御回路(26)が対応付 けされている、請求の範囲第1項記載の過電圧保護装置。 15.前記電流センサ(24,25,31)から送出された値及び(又は)前記リ ミッタ(14)に印加された電圧を評価するために、評価回路(27)が対応付 けされている、請求の範囲第1項記載の過電圧保護装置。
