Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の耳鳴り症状の治療装置であって、 超音波周波数領域のマスキングノイズ信号を発振する手段と、 前記マスキングノイズ信号を、前記患者の特定の身体部位に物理的に適用する 手段を備える装置。 2.前記マスキングノイズ信号発振手段は、可聴周波数領域の可聴マスキングノ イズ信号を発振するノイズ信号発振器と、前記可聴マスキングノイズ信号の周波 数を超音波周波数領域のものに変調する超音波変調器を含む請求の範囲第1項記 載の装置。 3.前記可聴マスキングノイズ信号はホワイトノイズ信号である請求の範囲第2 項記載の装置。 4.前記可聴マスキングノイズ信号は正弦波信号である請求の範囲第2項記載の 装置。 5.前記可聴マスキングノイズ信号は矩形波信号である請求の範囲第2項記載の 装置。 6.前記マスキングノイズ信号発振手段は、超音波周波数領域のマスキングノイ ズ信号を発振するノイズ信号発振器を含む請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 7.前記マスキングノイズ信号はホワイトノイズ信号である請求の範囲第6項記 載の装置。 8.前記マスキングノイズ信号は正弦波信号である請求の範囲第6項記載の装置 。 9.前記マスキングノイズ信号は矩形波信号である請求の範囲第6項記載の装置 。 10.前記マスキングノイズ信号適用手段は、電気・振動トランスデューサを含 む請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 11.前記マスキングノイズ信号適用手段は、電極を含む請求の範囲第1項記載 の装置。 12.患者の耳鳴り症状の治療装置であって、 可聴周波数領域のマスキングノイズ信号を発振する手段と、 前記マスキングノイズ信号を、前記患者の特定の身体部位に物理的に適用する 手段と、 可聴周波数領域の音声を可聴周波数の電気信号に変換するトランスデューサ手 段と、 前記可聴周波数の電気信号を超音波周波数の電気信号に変調する超音波変調手 段と、 前記超音波周波数の電気信号を、前記患者の特定の身体部位に物理的に適用す る手段を備える装置。 13.患者の耳鳴り症状の治療方法であって、 超音波周波数領域のマスキングノイズ信号を発振する工程と、 前記マスキングノイズ信号をヒトが知覚できる信号に変換する工程と、 前記ヒトが知覚できる信号を前記患者の特定の身体部位に適用する工程を含む 方法。 14.前記マスキングノイズ信号を発振する工程は、第1の可聴周波数マスキン グ信号を発振する工程と、前記マスキングノイズ信号を得るため、前記第1の可 聴周波数マスキング信号の周波数を超音波領域の周波数に変調する工程を含む請 求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 15.前記マスキングノイズ信号をヒトが知覚できる信号に変換する工程は、前 記マスキングノイズ信号を身体を振動させる信号に変換する工程を含む請求の範 囲第13項記載の方法。
