Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.原動軸、従動軸、原動軸の従動軸を駆動させて第一方向に沿って運動される 連接機構、摩擦面のある固定シート及び従動軸に連結されて固定シートにおける 摩擦面と張り合わせあるいは脱離されて従動軸の第一方向に沿って行う運動を制 動あるいは緩和させる制動ピースより構成される常閉ブレーキにおいて、 前記連接機構は原動軸と従動軸の間に設けられて、原動軸と共に第一方向に運 動できる作用ピースと従動軸と共に第一方向に運動でき、また、その従動軸に対 して第二方向の相対変位が与えられる駆動ピースがあり、 前記作用ピースと駆動ピースは原動軸が原動力を得るかあるいは失う場合、第 二方向において、相対運動できる組合わせ構造があり、 前記連接続機構は、また、作用ピースと駆動ピースの相対的な運動距離の限定 に用いられる限定機構も有することを特徴とする常閉ブレーキ。 2.前記限定機構には、駆動ピースの作用ピースに押すスプリングが含まれてい ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブレーキ。 3.前記限定機構には、原動軸に連接されているディスク形ピースが含まれ、 ディスク形ピースの中心外には数個のピンスピンドルが設けられており、 従動軸における一つのディスク形ピースはピンスピンドルに対応して位置し、 円弧方向に沿って数個長孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、2記載 のブレーキ。 4.前記の作用ピースと駆動ピースの作用面の間に相対的な運動を生じる組合わ せ構造はカム組合わせ構造になっており、 前記作用ピースの作用面と駆動ピースの作用面の間においては随意面が カム面であることを特徴とする請求項2、3記載のブレーキ。 5.前記の作用ピースと駆動ピースの作用面はカム面になっていることを特徴と する請求項4記載のブレーキ。 6.駆動ピースは従動軸を回転させる軸方向に沿って第二方向に変位されること を特徴とする請求項4、5記載のブレーキ。 7.駆動ピースは従動軸を回転させる直径方向に沿って第二方向に変位されるこ とを特徴とする請求項4、5記載のブレーキ。 8.駆動ピースは従動軸の直線運動の垂直方向に沿って第二方向に変位されるこ とを特徴とする請求項4、5記載のブレーキ。 9.作用ピースは従動軸回転軸方向に沿う両端面がそれぞれ二つの駆動ピースと 組合わせられた組合わせ構造であること特徴とする請求項6記載のブレーキ。 10.駆動ピースは一つのディスク形制動ピースに対応され、 このディスク形制動ピースの制動面は、錐面あるいは平面になっていることを 特徴とする請求項6記載のブレーキ。 11.駆動ピースは二つで、それぞれディスク形制動ピースに対応され、 このディスク形ピースの制動摩擦面は、錐面あるいは平面になっていることを 特徴とする請求項6記載のブレーキ。 12.二つのディスク形制動ピースの間には内ディスク形ピースが設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項11記載のブレーキ。 13.ディスク形制動ピースは分離式ディスクと対応され、 前記原動軸は過渡輪であることを特徴とする請求項10、11、12記載のブ レーキ。 14.ブレーキは減速機の内部に設けられており、 前記の原動軸は過渡ギヤーであり、 前記の従動軸は減速機の出力軸であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のブレ ーキ。 15.ブレーキは減速機の内部に設けられており、 前記の原動軸は過渡ギヤーであり、 前記の従動軸は減速機の出力軸であることを特徴とする請求項11、12記載 のブレーキ。 16.前記の原動軸と従動軸は上下に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項6 、10記載のブレーキ。 17.前記の制動ピースと従動軸のディスク形ピースは一体構造になっており、 制動ピースとディスク形ピースの一体構造において、 内歯輪のディスク形ピースと芯体が含まれており、ディスク形ピースと芯体の 間には、補償機構とディスク形ピース及び芯体を共に第一方向に沿って運動させ るフェザーが設けられており、 前記補償機構には芯体輪郭にある凹溝、該凹溝に位置するディスク形ピースと 組合わされる歯ピース及び歯ピースと凹溝の底部の間に設けられたスプリングが 含まれていることを特徴とする請求項6、9、10、11、12、13、14、 15又は16記載のブレーキ。 18.上記駆動ピースは均一に配置され、 前記の作用ピースは滑りピンスピンドルの前端より充当し、ローリングが設け られていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のブレーキ。
