Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.照射により高量子収率生成並びに一量状態酸素の生成を高めるが正常細胞 と癌細胞の間のローダミンの所望の異なる残存を保持するための光活性化可能な ローダミン誘導体であって、誘導体は、4,5−ジブロモローダミン123(2 −(4,5−ジブロモ−6−アミノ−3−イミノ−3H−キサンテン−9−イル )−安息香酸メチルエステル塩酸);4,5−ジブロモローダミン123(2− (4,5−ジブロモ−6−アミノ−3−イミノ−3H−キサンテン−9−イル) −安息香酸エチルエステル塩酸);4,5−ジブロモローダミン123(2−( 4,5−ジブロモ−6−アミノ−3−イミノ−3H−キサンテン−9−イル)− 安息香酸オクチルエステル塩酸);4,5−ジブロモローダミン110(2−( 4,5−ジブロモ−6−アミノ−3−イミノ−3H−キサンテン−9−イル)− 安息香酸n−ブチルエステル塩酸);ローダミンB n−ブチルエステル(2− (6−エチルアミノ−3−エチルイミノ−3H−キサンテン−9−イル)安息香 酸n−ブチルエチル塩酸);およびそれらの光活性化可能な誘導体からなる群か ら選択さ、そして誘導体の光活性化が細胞の殺傷を誘発するが活性化されていな い誘導体は実質的に細胞に毒性ではない、光活性化可能なローダミン誘導体。 2.誘導体の適切な細胞内レベルを達成して適当な波長および強度の照射が適 用されることを特徴とする、ヒト癌細胞を破壊することにより癌患者を光力学治 療するための請求項1記載の光活性化可能なローダミン誘導体の使用法。 3.以下の工程: a)患者のヒト骨髄を回収して; b)適当な波長の照射下にて治療有効量の請求項1記載の光活性化可能なロー ダミン誘導体を用いて光力学治療により工程a)の骨髄を浄化し;そして c)工程b)の浄化された骨髄を用いて自己幹細胞移植実施すること からなる、白血病、内転移性多発骨髄腫瘍またはリンパ腫に罹患した患者の光力 学治療方法。 4.工程b)の浄化がさらに集中化学療法および全身照射(TBI)法を含む 、請求項3記載の方法。 5.以下の工程: a)患者のヒト骨髄を回収して: b)適当な波長の照射下にて治療有効量の請求項1記載の光活性化可能なロー ダミン誘導体を用いて光力学治療により工程a)の骨髄を浄化し;そして c)工程b)の浄化された骨髄を用いて自己幹細胞移植実施すること からなる、乳癌、肺癌、前立腺癌、膵癌および結腸癌の転移、内転移性多発骨髄 腫瘍および肉腫からなる群から選択される固形腫瘍の転移を含むヒト骨髄のイン ビトロ浄化方法。 6.工程b)の浄化がさらに集中化学療法および全身照射(TBI)法を含む 、請求項5記載の方法。 7.治療に容認される細胞内レベルの請求項1記載の光活性化可能な誘導体を 患者に投与して治療に適当な波長の照射に患者を供することからなる、癌患者の 光力学治療方法。 8.光放射に直接接近可能な腫瘍部位または固定或いは柔軟性内視鏡を用いて レーザービームに接近可能な腫瘍部位にて、光活性化可能な誘導体を、点滴、注 射、血流拡散により投与する、請求項7記載の方法。 9.レーザーに接近可能な腫瘍部位が、膀胱、口腔、食道、腹部、下部消化管 、上部および下部呼吸道からなる群から選択される、請求項8記載の方法。 10.以下の工程: a)患者のヒト骨髄からの癌クローンを浄化して; b)患者の正常細胞に影響することなく白血病細胞を選択的に破壊する適当な 波長の照射下にて治療有効量の請求項1記載の光活性化可能なローダミン誘導体 を用いた光力学治療に工程a)の浄化されたクローンを供しし;そして c)工程b)の処理されたクローンを患者に投与すること からなり、それにより患者に系統的な毒性を引き起こさない、患者の白血病治療 方法。
