Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 個別化橋かけ結合セルロース繊維であって、前記繊維が有効量のポリマ ー・ポリアクリル酸橋かけ結合剤と繊維内橋かけ結合の形で反応させられた吸収 性構造体において、前記ポリマー・ポリアクリル酸橋かけ結合剤はポリアクリル 酸ポリマー、アクリル酸の共重合体およびその混合物から成るグループから選定 される事を特徴とする個別化橋かけ結合セルロース繊維。 2. 前記繊維は乾燥繊維重量ベースで計算して1.0重量%乃至10.0重 量%、好ましくは3重量%乃至7重量%の橋かけ結合剤と繊維内橋かけ結合の形 で反応させられ、また前記繊維は25乃至60、好ましくは30乃至45の水保 持値を有する事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の個別化橋かけ結合繊維。 3.前記橋かけ結合剤は500乃至40,000、好ましくは1、000乃至 20,000の分子量を有するポリアクリル酸ポリマーである事を特徴とする請 求項1または2のいずれかに記載の個別化橋かけ結合繊維。 4. 前記ポリマー・ポリアクリル酸橋かけ結合剤はアクリル酸とマレイン酸 との共重合体である事を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の個別化橋 かけ結合繊維。 5. アクリル酸とマレイン酸との重量比が10:1乃至1:1、好ましくは 5:1乃至1.5:1である事を特徴とする請求項4に記載の個別化橋かけ結合 繊維。 6. 有効量のクエン酸をポリマーポリアクリル酸橋かけ結合剤と混合する請 求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の個別化橋かけ結合繊維。 7. 個別化橋かけ結合セルロース繊維であって、前記繊維は有効量のポリマ ー混合物橋かけ結合剤と繊維内橋かけ結合の形で反応させられ、また前記ポリマ ー混合物橋かけ結合剤はポリマーモノアルキルホスフィネートとポリマーモノア ルキルホスホネートを含む事を特徴とする個別化橋かけ結合セルロース繊維。 8. 前記繊維は乾燥繊維重量ベースで計算して1.0重量%乃至10.0重 量%、好ましくは3重量%乃至7重量%の橋かけ結合剤と繊維内橋かけ結合の形 で反応させられ、また前記繊維は25乃至60、好ましくは30乃至45の水保 持値を有する事を特徴とする請求項7に記載の個別化橋かけ結合繊維。 9. 前記ポリマー混合物橋かけ結合剤は5,000以下の分子量を有する事 を特徴とする請求項7または8のいずれかに記載の個別化橋かけ結合繊維。 10. 有効量のクエン酸を前記ポリマー混合物橋かけ結合剤と混合する事を 特徴とする請求項7乃至9のいずれかに記載の個別化橋かけ結合繊維。
