Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1種又はそれ以上の気体成分を気相から吸収するための方法であって、その 中に存在するところの吸収されるべき成分を含有する該気相を液相との接触に供 し、該気相及び該液相が、ポリテトラフルオロエテン以外の素材の疎水性膜によ り隔てられ、該液相が、水並びに水混和性及び/又は水溶性吸収剤を包含する方 法であって、該液相が、該膜からのいずれもの漏れを引き起こさず、又は該膜か らの漏れを予防し又は妨害することに有効であることを特徴とする方法。 2.該液相が、20℃において60×10-3N/mよりも大きい表面張力を有す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.ポリプロペン、ポリエテン、フッ化ポリビニリデン又はポリスルホンの膜が 用いられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の方法。 4.中空糸の形態の膜が用いられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第 3項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.外径<0.72mmを有する中空糸膜が用いられることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.該液が、水溶性又は水混和性有機吸収剤を包含することと、該液の20℃に おける表面張力が、水溶性塩を添加することにより少なくとも60×10-3N/ mにされていることとを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 7.該水溶性塩が、水溶性炭酸塩から、好ましくは炭酸カリウム及び炭酸ナトリ ウムから選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載される方法。 8.該有機吸収剤が、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン(DEA)、 メチルジエタノールアミン(MDEA)、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)、メチ ルイソブチルケトン(MBK)、(ポリ)エテングリコール、エーテル、アルコ ール及びN−メチルピロリドンから選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6 項又は第7項に記載の方法。 9.該有機吸収剤が、0.05〜10M、好ましくは0.1〜5Mの濃度で用い られることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項ないし第8項のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 10.該塩が、0.05〜10M、好ましくは0.1〜5Mの濃度で用いられる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項ないし第9項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.該吸収されるべき成分が、二酸化炭素及び/又は硫化水素であることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第6項ないし第10項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.該用いられる塩が、水溶性炭酸塩、好ましくは炭酸ナトリウム又は炭酸カ リウムであることと、該用いられる有機吸収剤がモノエタノールアミンであるこ ととを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 13.該炭酸塩が、1.5〜2.5M、好ましくは2Mの濃度で用いられること と、該モノエタノールアミンが0.5〜1.5M、好ましくは1Mの濃度で用い られることとを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項又は第12項に記載の方法。 14.該吸収されるべき成分が、水蒸気であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2 項ないし第10項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15.該用いられる有機吸収剤が、エテングリコール又はポリエテングリコール であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の方法。 16.該液相が、水溶性アミノ酸又はその水溶性塩の水溶液を包含することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 17.該アミノ酸が、カルボン酸基又はスルホン酸基を包含することを特徴とす る請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 18.該アミノ酸又はその塩の溶液が、9〜13のpHを有することを特徴とす る請求の範囲第16項又は第17項に記載の方法。 19.該アミノ酸が、0.1〜10M、好ましくは1〜6Mの濃度で存在するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項ないし第18項のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 20.該アミノ酸が、非立体障害アミノ酸であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 16項ないし第19項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.該アミノ酸が、タウリン又はその誘導体であることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第20項に記載の方法。 22.該アミノ酸が、天然に産するアミノ酸から選択されることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第16項ないし第19項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 23.該吸収されるべき成分が、二酸化炭素及び/又は硫化水素であることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第16項ないし第22項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 24.該液相が、水溶性リン酸塩の水溶液を包含することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 25.該水溶性リン酸塩の溶液が、9〜13のpHを有することを特徴とする請 求の範囲第24項に記載の方法。 26.該リン酸塩が、0.5〜5M、好ましくは2Mの濃度で存在することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第24項又は第25項に記載の方法。 27.該吸収されるべき成分が、二酸化炭素又は硫化水素であることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第24項ないし第26項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 28.膜気体吸収のためのシステムであって、ポリテトラフルオロエテン以外の 素材の中空糸を含有する中空糸膜モジュールと容器とを包含し、該容器が水性液 相を保持し、該液相が該膜からのいずれもの漏れを引き起こさず、又は該膜から の漏れを予防し若しくは妨害することに有効であるシステム。
