Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 ノート型パソコンに２つの表示装置を配設し
て、オペレータとクライアントが対面状態で画像を見る
ことを可能とする。 【解決手段】 ノート型パソコン１は、パソコン本体１
０の上面にキーボード２０、操作用ボール２２、ファン
クションキー２４等を有する。本体１０に対してヒンジ
４０により開閉自在にとりつけられる蓋部材５０は、直
立位置に保持される。蓋部材５０の内側には第１の表示
装置６０が配設され、外側には第２の表示装置７０が配
設される。オペレータとクライアントは、蓋部材５０を
挾んで対面し、２つの画面に正対して画像情報を共有す
ることができる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術の分野】本発明は、パソコン等の表
示装置において、ユーザ側の画面と、パソコンを挾んで
対向するクライアント側の画面を有する表示装置に関す
る。

【従来の技術】従来のパソコンの表示方法は、単画面で
あったために、画面の正面から見て操作していた。この
ために、セールスやパソコン教育においては側面から見
るために見辛い難点があった。又、セールスにおいては
全画面を見せたりするためにお客に見せたくない情報を
表示されない難点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、ユーザとク
ライアントが対向した状態で画面を共有することができ
るノート型パソコンを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明のノート型パソコ
ンは、キーボードを有するノート型パソコン本体と、パ
ソコン本体に対してヒンジを介して開閉自在にとりつけ
られる蓋部材と、蓋部材の内側に配設される第１の表示
装置と、蓋部材の外側に配設される第２の表示装置を備
える。そして、第１の表示装置と第２の表示装置は同一
の画像を表示するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】図１は本発明の表示装置を備えた
ノート型パソコンの正面図、図２は背面図、図３は右側
面図、図４は左側面図、図５は平面図、図６は表示部を
断面にして示す左側面図である。全体を符号１で示すノ
ート型パソコンは、パソコン本体１０と、パソコン本体
１０に対してヒンジ４０により開閉自在にとりつけられ
る蓋部材５０を有する。パソコン本体１０の上面には、
キーボード２０、操作用ボール２２、ファンクションキ
ー２４を備える。また、パソコン本体１０の背面にはス
ロット３０やコネクタ３２等が配設されている。
【０００６】本体１０に対してヒンジ４０によりとりつ
けられる蓋部材５０は、本体１０に対して閉じられた位
置と、本体１０に対してほぼ垂直に直立する位置とに保
持される。蓋部材５０の内側、すなわち蓋部材５０を閉
じたときにキーボード２０に対向する位置に第１の表示
装置６０が装備される。第１の表示装置は液晶表示装置
等のものであって、通常のノート型パソコンのＬＣＤ表
示装置と同様のものである。
【０００７】そして、蓋部材５０の外側、すなわち蓋部
材５０を閉じたときに、外側となる位置に第２の表示装
置７０が装備される。第２の表示装置７０は第１の表示
装置と同様の液晶表示装置であって、第１の表示装置と
同じ駆動装置によって表示される。すなわち、第１の表
示装置６０と第２の表示装置７０には同一の画面が表示
されることとなる。
【０００８】したがって、オペレータがキーボード２０
等を操作して画像を第１の表示装置６０に表示すると、
同じ画像は第２の表示装置７０に表示される。オペレー
タとパソコン１と挾んで対向するクライアントは、第２
の表示装置７０に表示される画像を見ることができる。
オペレータは、クライアントと対面しつつ、キーボード
２０を操作して、同一の画像を見つつ、商談等を行うこ
とができる。オペレータとクライアントは、画面を正面
から見ることができるので、鮮明な画像を共有すること
ができる。

【発明の効果】本発明のノート型パソコンは以上のよう
に、直立した位置に固定される蓋の内側と外側に表示装
置を有するので、ノート型パソコンのユーザがキーボー
ド等を操作して表示装置上に出現させる画面は、外側の
表示装置にも表示することができる。そこで、ノート型
パソコンを挾んでユーザと向い合うクライアントは、外
側の表示装置に表示される画面をみて、ユーザの説明等
を受けることができる。したがって、商談等をスムーズ
に進めることができるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 キーボードを有するノート型パソコン本
    体と、パソコン本体に対してヒンジを介して開閉自在に
    とりつけられる蓋部材と、蓋部材の内側に配設される第
    １の表示装置と、蓋部材の外側に配設される第２の表示
    装置を備えるノート型パソコン。
  2. 【請求項２】 第１の表示装置と第２の表示装置は同一
    の画像を表示する請求項１記載のノート型パソコン。
