(57)【要約】 【課題】 手軽に炊飯可能な炊飯容器を提供すること。 【解決手段】 この発明では、精米を収納する耐熱用の
容器本体と、開閉自在の耐熱用の蓋体と炊飯用水を収納
した水容器とより構成し、水容器は容器本体中に収納し
容器壁体を破損自在とした密封構造とした。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、炊飯容器に関す
る。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、米飯については、各自で炊飯して
食するものであったが、近年では、食生活の多様化が進
み、炊き上げられた既成の米飯が容易に購入できるよう
になってきた。
【０００３】市販されている米飯の形態としては、すぐ
に食することができるように炊飯されたものや、五分炊
き、七分炊きにしておき、電子レンジ等で適宜加熱して
食すするものなどがある。
【０００４】他方、当然なから大多数の一般家庭では炊
飯を行っているが、炊飯の煩わしさを省くために、洗米
を必要としない精米、いわゆる無洗米が実用化されるよ
うになり、家事の負担は軽減される方向へと進んでい
る。
【０００５】しかし、上記した無洗米を使用するにして
も、水の加減などは当然必要であって、調理経験のない
者や浅い者には美味しく炊き上げることは難しい。
【０００６】また、炊き上げられた既成の米飯は自分で
炊飯することがないので、どうしてもインスタント食品
としてのイメージが強く、かかる既成の米飯を常食する
には抵抗感が強い。
【０００７】そこで、洗米せずに炊飯して食することの
できる精米と、同精米に適合する量の炊飯用水とを、同
一の包装容器内にそれぞれ独立した状態で収容し、使用
に際しては、容器から精米と炊飯用水とを取出して所要
の炊飯容器で炊飯するとか、当初より包装容器を陶器や
セラミックで形成して該容器内で水と米とを混合して直
火或は電子レンジ等で加熱炊飯することが考えられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、精米と炊飯用
水とを独立して包装容器内に収容して、別途の容器に移
しかえて炊飯することは手数がかかるために、コンビニ
エンスストア等で精米と水との包装容器や包装袋を陳列
販売するようにしても普及しにくい欠点があり、もっと
手軽に炊飯することができる包装容器を用いた炊飯方法
が望まれていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】この発明は、精米を収納
する耐熱用の容器本体と、開閉自在の耐熱用の蓋体と炊
飯用水を収納した水容器とより構成し、水容器は容器本
体中に収納し容器壁体を破損自在とした密封構造として
なる炊飯容器を提供せんとするものである。
【００１０】また、水容器は、上面壁体を圧迫すること
により、下面壁体が破損するように構成したことにも特
徴を有する。

【発明の実施の形態】この発明では、使用に際しては、
まず蓋体を取り外し容器本体中に収納した水容器の容器
壁体を破損して水容器より炊飯用水を容器本体中に流入
させる。
【００１２】容器本体中には精米が収納されているた
め、精米とそれに適合した量の炊飯用水とが混合され
る。
【００１３】次いで、空の水容器は取り外して蓋体を閉
蓋して、電子レンジにて加熱炊飯する。
【００１４】このように使用される本発明の炊飯容器
は、フィルムシート等で密封して、コンビニエンススト
ア等にて陳列販売するものであり、購買者にとっては、
予め一定量の精米と、それに適合した炊飯用水とが用意
され混合されるので、手軽においしい米飯を調理しうる
と共に、容器本体は、そのまま米飯用椀としても使用で
きるので、従来の自分で炊飯するという煩わしさをすべ
て解消し、常に美味しい米飯を食しうる効果がある。

【実施例】この発明の実施例を図面にもとづき詳説す
る。
【００１６】図１に示すものは、本発明の炊飯容器Ａの
断面図であり、炊飯容器Ａは、精米を収納する耐熱用の
容器本体１と、その上部開口部を開閉自在とする耐熱用
の蓋体２と、炊飯用水を収納する水容器３とより構成さ
れている。
【００１７】容器本体１は、筒状の精米収納部1-1 と、
段部1-2 を介して、その上部を拡開状にした水容器載置
部４とよりなる。
【００１８】なお、精米Ｍは、いわゆる無洗米と呼ばれ
る洗米せずに炊飯して食することのできるようにしたも
のである。
【００１９】耐熱用の蓋体２は、図１に示すように、容
器本体１の上部開口部に開閉自在であり、上面の中央に
は、ふきこぼれの溜りとなる凹部５を形成し、その凹部
底面には、蒸気抜き孔６を穿設している。
【００２０】蓋体２の下部開口部は、周縁部を内側へ折
曲して、容器本体１の開口縁部の水平フランジ部７と係
合自在に構成している。
【００２１】水容器３は図２、図３に示すように、精米
の量と見合う炊飯用水Ｗを収納したものであり、形状
は、容器本体１の水容器載置部４中に収納載置される大
きさであり、密封状に炊飯用水Ｗを収納しており、中央
内部には突起部８を垂設しており、突起部８の下端は先
鋭状に形成され、突起部８の下方に対応した水容器底面
には、突起部８を上方より指で押圧してその下端の先鋭
部で破損する破損部９を形成している。
【００２２】容器本体１の上方開口縁部の水平フランジ
７には密閉シール10が張設されており、従って、容器本
体１の精米収納部1-1 には精米Ｍが収納され、その上方
位置においては、段部1-2 に、水容器３が載置され、水
容器載置部４中に水容器３を収納し、これらを容器本体
１中に密閉シール10で密閉収納していることになる。
【００２３】容器本体１と蓋体２とは、共に耐熱用素材
にて構成されており、電子レンジ等により内収納の精米
を炊飯しても、炊飯時の熱に耐えうるようにしている。
【００２４】以上のように、構成された炊飯容器Ａの使
用方法は次の通りである。
【００２５】炊飯容器Ａは、コンビニエンスストア等の
店頭にて陳列販売される。
【００２６】従って、店頭にある炊飯容器Ａを購入し、
炊飯するに際しては、図４に示すように、まず蓋体２を
取り去り、次いで密閉シール10を剥離し、水容器３を露
出状態とし、水容器３の突起部８を上部より指で押圧す
ると、突起部８の下端が水容器底面の破損部９を破損
し、内収容の炊飯用水Ｗを精米収納部1-1 中に流下され
て、精米Ｍと混合される。
【００２７】次いで、水容器３を取り去り、再度蓋体２
を容器本体１に閉蓋し、電子レンジにて加熱し、炊飯す
る。
【００２８】炊飯中は、蓋体２の蒸気抜き孔６より余分
の蒸気は排出され、ふきこぼれはこの孔６から凹部５中
に溜まる。
【００２９】炊飯が終了すると、容器本体１を茶椀とし
て使用することができる。
【００３０】
【効果】この発明によれば、精米と炊飯用水とを区分け
して独立して容器に収容し、水容器を破損することによ
り、精米と炊飯用水とを混合することができ、そのまま
電子レンジ等で熱して炊飯することができ、炊飯後は、
容器本体が茶椀かわりにそのままご飯を食することがで
きる。
【００３１】従って、炊飯後の食事等に別途茶椀等の容
器を必要とせず、コンビニエンスストア等の店頭より買
ってきて、電子レンジでの加熱処理の手間をかけるのみ
でご飯を食することができ、手軽に、炊飯したてのおい
しいご飯をいつでも食することができ、お米の需要を喚
起し、日本人の古来の伝統的なご飯の食事を復活して、
伝統的な食生活の維持をはかることができる効果があ
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 精米を収納する耐熱用の容器本体と、開
    閉自在の耐熱用の蓋体と炊飯用水を収納した水容器とよ
    り構成し、水容器は容器本体中に収納し容器壁体を破損
    自在とした密封構造としてなる炊飯容器。
  2. 【請求項２】 水容器は、上面壁体を圧迫することによ
    り、下面壁体が破損するように構成したことを特徴とす
    る請求項１記載の炊飯容器。
